@Adam Kogan check for different Progress fields
-
hi @Adam Kogan , Below is the default screen for adding filters in dashboard. 1. Seem to be you are trying to edit a Dashboard, for which u don't have permission 2. Or you don't have required permission to perform this task, contact your Jira Admin. Thanks!
-
@[deleted] If you are moving a ticket from One project to another, definitely the prefix will change because that is the reference to identify to which project it belongs. If you are migrating from one instance to another, might be u can name the project name same and achieve the same. But you cannot define the ticket…

@Adam Kogan Create a Dashboard and then add the Gadget you want. In your case you can use "Issues in progress" Gadget, add the JQL filter which you would want to use, then select the columns you want to display in your Dashboard. Hope this helps! Thanks

-
@Pal Narayanan If you are Jira Admin please follow as - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-custom-field/ If you are only Project Admin, request your Jira Admin to add required fields. Hope this helps! Thanks
-
@minakshi taly What is the JQL you are using? You can use JQL - project = A AND Sprint in (Sprint 1, Sprint 2, as per use case) Let me know if this helps Thanks
-
@Preston Warden Hi, No need for automations and scripts. The basic Jira setup should work for your use case. Go to project settings -> Notifications You can set notification settings. As soon as a issue is assigned to a Assignee. The notification will be sent to Assignee and Requestor. Thanks

@Katerina Kovriga _Stiltsoft_ Thanks Katerina! Here again when I use SQL i get all listed duplicate items, but I want the rows to be merged something like below.
-
@Sam Did you figure out how to get the sprint end date in issue Navigator?
-
@Florian What if a issue is spilled over to next sprint? the {{issue.Sprint.endDate.jiraDate}} is taking the Sprint end date of previous Sprint End Date. How to get value of Current/ Active Sprint End date value?
-
What if a issue is spilled over to next sprint? the {{issue.Sprint.endDate.jiraDate}} is taking the Sprint end date of previous Sprint End Date. How to get value of Current/ Active Sprint End date value?
-
@Tracy Powell Yes its possible by filtering the issue which needs to be added to active sprint and change the respective issues Sprint value to active sprint value. But you are mixing Scrum & Kanban practices. In Scrum - the issues will not be added to sprint unless until its very essential to meet the sprint goal / to…

@Jatin Malhotra please do share your solution! I do handle multiple projects and programs. And I keep track of them by linking them using Dependency type and view them using Jira structures. So that I can track of the deliverables from different project align to a initiative at program level. Or Project to project…

@Robert Hauser I am not able to find the smart value for Non-working day list (which has list of Non working days which we can define in Board Settings. As a workaround you can create a custom field (multiselect) and enter the Non working dates. Then use Jira project automation to compare the dates and accordingly you can…
-
@asingh If you have Jira Automation. You can create an automation to compare two tickets (you can compare multiple fields by using multiple loop) and you can edit a Custom field (your choice) and add comments if it passes the condition "All values are same" if true, "There is difference" if false. While checking condition…
-
Yes possible!
-
Check the Audit logs for details!
-
@[deleted] yes you can do that. You need to create automation to copy a value from the field which u want to another Field (this field should be text field) using Custom field number and use smart values. check these…
-
@Mahima Srivastav Did u try disabling the Automation?
-
Hi @[deleted] Try replacing the second critria with AND Sprint in (openSprints(), futureSprints()). This will show only active Sprint & Future Sprint issues. ex: project =xx AND Fix version starts with "UR" [fixVersion ~ "UR *"] AND Sprint in (openSprints(), futureSprints()) Again if u have issues which are not assigned to…
-
Hi @Roja Gurram Your question is unclear! Please check in the schema if that particular event has "All users" / "Project Users" in Notification. If so remove ""All users" / "Project Users". Again the role will as defined by your Jira Administrator. Thanks!
-
@Niels Vynckier If my understanding is correct. You want to delete a board which is no more used? If so g to that respective Board right corner go to Board->Configure-> Delete.

Thanks @Alexander Eck [Tempo]
