@darren.johnson can you please reach out to support? On top of mind, I would try to remove the project name (not required) and ORDER BY (not working, as it can't override board/backlog JQL filter). If you do this, is it working then?

Hi @Anh Le! Regarding: status != closed are you using the status "closed"? Regarding: Story point estimate" = null We'd need more information regarding why this is not working. Are you able to create a support ticket, so our support engineers can have a look at this?

@GO Other products and/or projects that might have similar filters, but we have released this new one for Jira Software Cloud -> team-managed projects.
-
@darren.johnson just to double-check, DGOB is your Board name? project = needs to be the project name. You can only use Custom filters in the same project.

Hi @Alyssa Bouranova, thank you for your comment. To be able to ship this feature earlier, we descoped this work for the first release. There is an 'improvement ticket' which you can follow for future updates regarding this topic.

@Mridula T Unnikrishnan thanks for raising this, we will update the copy, as it's not updating for the time estimation field. The burndown chart itself should show the appropriate information. Thanks again.

Hi @Mridula T Unnikrishnan, thanks for your question. Just to clarify, have you enabled time estimation in Project Settings -> Features? Or are you using story points? To be able to view the burndown chart by time, you need to have enabled time estimation in features (and use time estimation on your issues).

@Fabian Lim unfortunately we don't know when the Data Center teams will be able to work on this. In the meantime please continue to use the custom fields.

Hi @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_, glad to hear this is useful! This is correct, the setting is influencing what is being displayed, to enable you to easily work with the estimation type you prefer.
