Hi @Louise Baker You can check a solution from my team. We've also faced this problem when the description was changed, and history doesn't keep the format. You can try Issue History for Jira to revert the changes made to the description. All the formatting will be saved. The only exception is the attachment. As Jira does…

Therefore, we've decided to implement this option with Issue History for Jira app. Text formatting (bold, color, lists, tables) will be preserved. The only exception is the…

Hi @ori gal My team had a similar request from our users. It is described in detail here on community: How many tickets were moved from one Jira project to another? [Use case] You can see any project and issue type changes in separate columns. Check if it works for you.
-
@Geetanjali Sharma It takes some time. At SaaSJet, we started implementing a dark theme just the moment we heard Jira has it. For now, we have applied dark mode for Issue History for Jira and Smart Jira Forms, and working on other apps 🖤🤘

Hi @Joao Borges If I understand everything correctly, you need a report for a specific assignee and issues that person worked on + to see who else worked on the same tickets. The case you described can be solved with Issue History for Jira app from my team. For your request, you can: * Filter issues by the assignee. *…

@Sanjog Sigdel I guess JQJ for a particular ticket and specific status transitions can be something like the one below: id = MARC-1587 AND status CHANGED FROM "ToDo" TO "Testing" AND status CHANGED FROM "Testing" TO "Review" DURING (("2023/06/10","2023/06/16")) You might also check the following article: 6 simple options…

Hi @김동욱 What exactly would you like to see in the history of changes?
-
With the Issue History plugin, you can only see all comments history for specific team member/ members who updated the ticket. If you want to exclude some person, it's better to try Activity Stream Gadget that I mentioned also.
-
Hi @Rafik Bouizergane You can try to do both queries with the Activity Streams Gadget (built-in option). 1. Filter by account ID (type in the person's name): Account ID is/is not 2. Filter activities: Activity is Comment added. And press 'Save'. If you want a plug-in, I can suggest one from my team. Issue History for Jira…

@Sanjog Sigdel If tickets are moved to more than two sprints, I suggest monitoring sprint history (in the sprint column). It shows all sprints an issue was in one raw. For example, select one sprint 512 you are interested in, and you will get all tickets and information about sprints those tickets are now or went through.…
