Hey, I found this documentation which shows different use cases for hardware requirements. I'm not a specialized in Confluence installation, but I think that the global size of the attachment is more important than the number. Beside this, if I can give you an advice, to take full advantage of Confluence, your documents…

Hey, I found this documentation to prevent spam e-mails in JIRA Service Desk. It looks that an alternative would be to enable CAPTCHA or restricting the portal access. Hope it helps !
-
Hey, I haven't personally tested it , but a lot of JIRA Service Desk users use the Tempo Timesheet add-on for billing purposes Hope it helps !
-
Hey Hendrik, Sure, thanks to integration between HipChat and JIRA Service Desk, you can create an HipChat room directly from a JIRA Service Desk ticket. Then you'll be able to enable guest access and invite your customer to the room so you will be able to chat with him ! You can learn more about it by reading this page or…

Hey sorry, here is the proper link https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/jira-service-desk-evaluator-resources/jira-service-desk-knowledge-base-with-confluence As nick said, you need to get the lowest license so 10 users on Confluence and 3 agents on JIRA Service Desk. And yes, the knowledge base will be restricted to…

Hey Daniel, Why not simply create a linked issue? From your JIRA Service Desk ticket, type "." and then "create linked issue". This will create an issue that will be linked to the ticket, and you can move the issue in the dev board without make the ticket disappear for the customer ! And thanks to automation tool, you can…

I'm not sure for your custom field, but in general people forget to grant access for requester to add participant and it result more or less the same problem : agent can see a people picker but requester needs to type the email adress of the person. I recommend these steps: Go to your left panel, select "project settings"…

Hey Venu, I think it also depends on how your agents are organized. If all the agents can take car of all customers, then I don't see why you should create one project per customer. Even if all your agents cannot take care of all your customers, you can create queues based on the domain of the customer email (like one…

Hi Phoenix, First, you probably know that in Confluence you can have a "Personal Space", but as you want to share it sometimes, it would be better to create a regular space. I think the easiest way for you to do it would be to actually open your space to everyone, but restrict the homepage for you. In that way, you don't…

From what I can see here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-51723 it's not possible out-of-the box. What is sure it's that if you decide to do a site backup it will be included inside. And the second solution would be to play with the API : https://docs.atlassian.com/confluence-questions/rest/index.html I hope…

Hey Jonathan I think this doc sum up more or less all the stats that you can do with Question for Confluence : https://confluence.atlassian.com/questions/administer-questions-593035916.html
-
Hey Andreas, You would need to get a license on JIRA Service Desk for 2 agents (the smallest one) and a license in Confluence for 2 users! Your customers on JIRA Service Desk will be able to browse the Knowledge base created on Confluence for free. For more detailed documention, you can check this article…

You can't merge tickets. However you can link both issues and mark one as a duplicate of the other. Thanks to automation rules, you can certainly update both tickets in the same time.
-
Hey Sashi I think you are talking about this page. It happens when you click on the "try it free" button on the Confluence page. However, the packaged doesn't offer you any discount, it's just made to ease the signup and the purchase process.

If you have Confluence server, you could try to remove the dates with CSS .. I have cloud so I cannot try, but with the style console I've been able to hide it with the line .roadmap-frame .roadmap-frame-title, .roadmap-frame .roadmap-frame-content { display: none; } You can also try to install an add-on to build…

I guess this is the documentation you need https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customizing-email-templates-168001822.html
-
I'm not exactly sure of why for this particular JIRA project, you don't have one Confluence space? However, to me, it seems totally ok to gather all the info of a JIRA project into one unique Confluence page, at least you same time by not browsing all the space to find infos :p I will share with you all the doc that I know…
-
I'm not sure that it could work but maybe you could remove this "also shared with" field by customizing the email ? I found this doc https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customizing-email-templates-168001822.html
-
