🤣 love it

I had a clear Thurs, very productive day.
-
Totally counts!!!

Easy - spending time pottering in my garden.

I think this is a great topic, but also understand why there have been no answers to this. I have just finished developing training materials on another topic and it was seriously hard work. Training materials are really useful and important, but its expensive to develop quality materials - expensive in time, more than…

Great idea @Curt Holley 👍
-
Nice job!
-
Champion! Did you manage to get the materials? Because thats the real issue here. 😁 Good luck with your exam 👍

I have a particularly unreliable internet connection, so I have this problem regularly... with anything big I try to download, not just the student guide. But it did only take me 5 or so mins to get the student guide to download. Perhaps the big files can be split into smaller chapters / chunks?

Cloud is a great place to start. Some of the info that I think is really useful for getting started: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Training-Certification-articles/Check-out-the-Community-video-library/ba-p/1551614#U1670805 And the free tutorials at: https://training.atlassian.com/free-training-catalog Good luck with…

Try downloading with chrome. If it stops part way you can resume the download.

@Monique vdBnot sure what was happening with the like button, it was perhaps a momentary glitch. I'm on satellite broadband and I've noticed recently that I get periods where stuff just doesn't get through, not just jira, but anything I'm accessing - I just first noticed it when trying to do the likes. So, I wouldn't worry…
-
Hmmm. Really odd. Keep us posted on the outcome.

I dont have anything in particular that I want to ask at the moment. But when I do Ill specifically watch the badges. 😁👍
-
Its dropped out of my list of challenges altogether, but I didn't see it being awarded. Did it show up on yours @Hana Kučerová ?
-
For jira cloud no. There are some programmatic options, but for a straight clone, no. Sorry. Check out: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Exclude-or-clear-custom-field-for-a-cloned-issue/qaq-p/1179262

I believe not @Stephen Jarjoura . But I would use the BigPicture feedback / help portal to suggest it.
-
We often forget this in I.T. in general, not just as jira admins. VERY good points @Rodrigo Martinez . Great reminder.
-
I was assuming the PMs were not working directly on tasks, and that any work done directly on specific project tasks would be logged to that task. I prefer having all my info in one spot, so Id create a task for "misc" activities like this. I do pretty well all my project management through filters and JQL, so I can make…

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good choice
-
@Monique vdBagreed - turn it off. It does clutter the list and make it a little confusing. If you really wanted to keep it, could you fit a button at the top with expiring soon and in progress - I suspect this would just be a different kind of clutter. So long as I have a list of challenges I can work on, I'm not so…
-
Welcome Joshua. But, yes, what do you have your cloud instance for? What are you trying to achieve?
-
Ah, OK. I'm now looking at the other challenges and its kinda like a teaser for things to come. Makes more sense now. Sorry. Go about your business citizens!!!!
-
Nice! 😁👍

Just create a time logging task - doesnt have to do anything but act as a place for the assignee to track time. You could even create a custom issue type to make it clear what its purpose is.
-
Export the data into a spreadsheet and use that to format your report.
-
Its not because you have personal settings for notifications turned off - avatar (top right corner > personal settings?
-
What do you mean "incoming ticket" - do you mean assignee, or issue created? If you have a group you should just be able to configure the notification scheme to send emails to that group for the specified changes of interest. Or, could you just use watchers for this? Pick a key person as the assignee perhaps, but anyone…
