How exciting!!! Congratulations.

The rest of the world is ahead of us on that one - we've only just started coming out of lockdowns. But, yes, that is a global recovery that most can relate to.

Time and caring. Your body knows what to do, even if its not quite as fast as you might like. I am similarly amazed by just how much abuse the human body can take and still bounce back... or even just keep going! Take it easy and before you know it, two years will have passed!!!

Thanks for your thoughts @Andy Gladstone it was a tough time for many on the east coast. But, having grown up with bushfires its just a fact of life - I don't look forward to summer the way many people do, and ironically, moved east to try and get away from such things. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What was more important is how amazing the…

Ho ho ho. * What are you celebrating? Tis the season to slob - potato chips & videos * What is your favorite traditional meal or food for this celebration? cherries ... and potato chips * What is your favorite traditional activity? doing as little as possible in general, but I do like taking the time to open presents…

I do know someone that watched Thai soaps. Even though I don't speak the language I could still pretty much tell what was going on - soap opera is obviously universal. Will have to check out Kdrama as well.

My issues are not so much funny as a pain in the butt. Our internet connection has reasonable download speeds, but useless upload speeds. So I can hear everyone else fine, but my responses are delayed so we all end up talking over each other.

Groan, I just realised - I got addicted to Plants vs Zombies 2. 🙄

Is that Hanging Rock, as in, Picnic at.... ???

Coincidentally my family bought a property in the South East Forests in late 2019. Covid meant that we moved in much earlier than planned, so my life has completely changed, but they were changes we were going to make anyway. In: working from home establishing a garden Out: going to cafes & restaurants (not fussed) Things…

Yes, there is. You can add watchers in data center using: or in cloud using: You can even get them to vote on your ideas!

Ah, OK. Our licence had expired. 🙄 So, that explains one problem. Still cant access Insight data from JSM, however. I want to be able to update Insight data as well. Can this be done?
-
I'm having the same problem - I cant see how to access insight objects from within automation. Is the only option using the API or webhooks or something? It looks like this isn't even possible from within JSM, but the Atlassian documentation seems to say that its all there (these docs:…

@Ibrahim.Awwad raised a support request with Atlassian. And the answer is no, at this time you cannot access the data. But there is a new feature request that you can vote for. * ACCESS-657 - Support more attributes for user-provisioning * ACCESS-638 - Support more attributes on SAML integration Not sure how to advise on…

Ditto, but dont even have a smart plug. I only have a smart phone... which I pretty much use just as a phone. 🙄

How does one even choose? We all do dumb things, that I suspect we remember and others dont!

Red Mango in the Greenwood Plaza, North Sydney. Not sure if they still have them as they had irregular availability when I was last there (years ago). I will add it to my to-do list if I go to Sydney!
-
Thanks @Kristján Geir Mathiesen . We did manage to get the data to sync in the end - we are not sure why it didn't in the first place. However, we would still like to be able to access the sync-ed information from within jira or jsm. Is this possible @Jayant Suneja ???
-
happy birthday @Veronique DUFOUR !!! There was a place that used to have the most AMAZING cronuts known to man - not even vaguely sweet custard filling and little bit of creamy icing stuff on the top. It was hard to stay away from them. It was a very good thing I moved.

Slob on the couch... who has free time!!!!
-
LOVE IT!!!
-
Or in my case, gestures vaguely at nothing. Cant think of a thing.
-
@Jayant Suneja I'm having the same problem - the data is not sync-ing for my site. In addition to that, where can I access this information in jira/jsm? Can I only see these details in the users profile? Can I access the details to populate fields in a ticket?
-
No, not approving via the portal, but, yes, I was hoping this was not the solution.
-
Damn. Thanks for that. Will vote.

A validation on the workflow allows you to display an error message. It would be a workaround, but you might be able to create a validation that is always true for that particular transition. That would display just a message, rather than a screen to enter data.

I tend to do a lot of community work over the weekend and I think Ive only received this badge once, its not showing in my list currently. Is there a problem with this badge @Monique vdB ?
-
Did you ever solve this problem? I'm having a similar issue (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Mandatory-Fields-Required-for-Approvals/qaq-p/1836543#M89890).

Just starting using JWM in earnest.
