Hi @Christian I would not recommend not copy the attachments in assets, you can find several problems like maintain sync, keep the data master and so on. in my opinion is better create just a link reference to the file from assets. In order to speed up the cleaning, you can create a groovy script to delete all project automatically. You can run that script using some add-ons, maybe trial versione, like scriptrunner.
