@Kristian Klima @Dave LIAO yes, marketplace apps are still referred to as apps. Where necessary, we'll make the distinction clear between Atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence, Loom etc.) and marketplace apps

@Chris Combe I'd love to better understand your need for linking a Team to a Jira Project. As Ishan mentioned, you can already create boards based on the "Team" field using JQL filters, and these boards can then act as team backlogs. Does this address your need, or is there something else that linking a project and a team…

Hi Bhanu, If you don't need SSO or two-step verification enforcement for the 800 users on the old Cloud site, you can place them in a non-billable authentication policy. You can also refer to this documentation on configuring a non-billable default policy so that self-sign up users are not considered billable for Atlassian…

Hi @YY哥 Yang , External users are those that are not managed under your Atlassian organization but who collaborate on your Atlassian Cloud products. These may be unmanaged users or users that are managed by a different Atlassian organization. See our documentation for more detail. Thanks, Bhavya

Hi @Cornelia , I'm the Product Manager for the external user security feature (the security settings that you see under "External users" on Atlassian Administration). Hi @Dan Tombs , thanks for sharing your feedback! We will keep it in mind for future enhancements to the external user security feature. With regard to APIs for external user management, were you referring to configuring external user security settings via APIs or something else? If you'd be interested in discussing your…

@Martin Vogt - Thanks for the comment. We take the feedback seriously and are working hard to ensure that there’s a path for all customers to move to Atlassian Cloud. At the same time, we try to make pricing and packaging decisions for the long term. While we expect that BYOK encryption will continue to be a value-added…

@Kalin U - At this time, we do not have plans to extend BYOK to Standard and Premium plans. We appreciate the feedback though, and will keep it in mind as we consider pricing/packaging changes when BYOK becomes generally available.

Hi @Michael Ziegler , Confirming that BYOK will only be available to Enterprise-plan customers. At this time, there is no plan to introduce it to the Standard or Premium plans.
