The command palette is great. When will it work in Connect apps?

Thanks for the update, this looks great Bree! Looking forward to trying it out. We at JXL for Jira know that Jira users love table views of their issues. Shameless plug: For anyone interested in managing their work like this beyond Advanced Roadmaps plans and Jira Software, grab a free trial of JXL here. JXL is the…

Nice improvements, team! Speaking of managing queues at scale, if anyone needs to scale beyond this and set up cross-project queues, I'd also suggest you check our JXL for Jira. It's a Marketplace app free for up to 10 users and with free trial available here on the Atlassian Marketplace (full disclosure: I'm on the JXL…

Thanks @malgorzata.korcik[Appfire] tough question to answer actually. Changes due to deprecations on API level were due 30 Nov 2022 based on this article. So that's the best answer I have. Maybe someone from Atlassian can clarify.

@Sharon Tan where can we access the recording of the session?
-
Great advice about Queues here Benjamin. In addition to the use of Dashboards recommended by Dave and Dirk, I'd also make a case for using Sheets. If you're open to using apps, check out JXL for Jira. You can get a free trial on the Atlassian Marketplace. Full disclosure: I'm on the JXL team. Many of our customers use our…

I'm sure the Jira to Google Sheets integration is used for various different purposes. For the ones among you who use it to view and edit their issues in a table format, with features like issue grouping, sum-ups, conditional formatting, copy and pasting fields, etc. there is a great alternative right inside Jira. Check…

Nice. Few people have more t-shirts than @Sherif Mansour . I stopped taking them at some point but I still have the important ones, e.g. the original Atlassian Marketplace long sleeve from Summit 2012/13. 👕✨

@Hua Soon SIM _Akeles_ what a beauty. You probably remember back then we already had Atlassian OnDemand, and even before that, Atlassian Hosted, Jira Studio... So the whole SaaS situation was (in hindsight a bit too slowly) beginning to bud. But tbh I don't think we can claim that these clouds were too much more than…

Thanks a lot on behalf of the JXL team for this award @Joseph Law (Contegix)! For interested readers, a free trial of 🟩 JXL for Jira is available here: https://jxl.app

Thanks @Joseph Law (Contegix) for putting this together. 🙏 The Fine Software team was also very happy to see that our JXL for Jira is in the top 3 fastest growing apps. It's worth mentioning that JXL is available for Jira Server as well.
-
@Pramodh M Tip: if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, JXL for Jira offers this functionality, and much more... It's available for Server, Data Center and Cloud. Server only directly via us, not on the Atlassian Marketplace. Disclaimer: I work on JXL : )

Thanks @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ 👍

Thanks @Ivan Garcia _Appfire_ 👍 🟩

@Brant Schroeder yep it's a fully fledged spreadsheet implementation. Finance teams love it. Just like any other team though. Technical teams or other business teams... tables are just really intuitive and easy to work with for everyone. 👍
-
Great, thanks @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ we'll look into it. We'll get back to you asap via our help desk.

Cheers @Sergio Cinos 👍

Thanks @Sascha Reuter 🙏

Thanks @Justin Koke 🙏

Thanks @meghna_singh 🙏

That's right @Hana Kučerová it's visually a bit similar but there are also huge differences to the JWM list view. JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet table implementation. E.g. you can mark, copy, paste fields, no issue or column limits, all field types are supported, infinite virtual scrolling without pagination, you can…
-
Thanks @Paloma Fondon Araujo good to hear you're enjoying it. JXL lets you list your attachments or any other field for that matter. But it really is a platform for so much more current and future features. Inline editing, bulk copy and pasting cells, sorting, filtering, searching, hierarchy, etc. The use cases are…

Thanks @Craig Willson (AppFox) Mucho appreciated 🙏

Thanks @Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ ! 😊

@Dave Mathijs great. Won't be too long, and we always send out release notes via the Marketplace listing. 🔔

And here comes another app suggestion that would do the trick. With JXL https://jxl.app you can simply add an Epic link column to your sheet and export it. Epic links are displayed as issue key and epic name. Hope that helps. Disclaimer: Paid app, developed by our team :)

Really helpful write-up Brant. Just some additional thoughts on steps 4-6 and apps that don't exist in Cloud yet. This happens quite frequently and it shouldn't necessarily discourage anyone. I'd like to think that the Cloud ecosystem is often different but sometimes equally good, if not richer. For example, if you're…

This is an awesome release Yerbol and team. Great improvements! To @Илья Угляница @[deleted] and others looking for more inline editable fields and features, check out JXL spreadsheets in Jira. All fields are inline editable and you can even update them by simply marking, copying and pasting.
