Sorry Got you , You are exporting issues from issue navigator. Yeah , you have to choose , which columns required when in case of HTML (Current Fields) Some columns like Worklogs will not be available in selection. for getting worklogs and comments some other , need to export with HTML (Current Fields)

Hi in the user directories , i think you have to choose the directory order. if you want to use LDAP authentication, that should be on Top.

You have some "X" number of licenses for Jira. Now you are integrating Jira with confluence or other tools (i'm assuming). If users need to work on both ABC project in Jira and ABC Space in confluence, then you need license in Both. For integrating one tool to other tool , having License is not manditory.
