Hi @Santhosh Kumar Selvaraj , Are you having Jira administrative privileges. If Yes Now go to Project Settings Screens Check what screens are associated with Story, Task. Open The Create / Edit / View issue screens and add "Story Points" field. Which will solve your problems.

Hi @Santhosh Kumar Selvaraj , from the backlog view, you can directly assign story points to " Story " issue type. you can edit none, and add story points. for other issue types , you need to place , "story points" field on create / edit / view screens.
