We don't use JSM, but I'm always reading all these comments in all these JSM July posts to get great advice that I can pass on. 

I have tried for years to get my business teams to even use Jira or Jira Align and they always say Atlassian tools are not for business teams. I've done my fair share of explaining to prove them wrong! Hopefully one day they will listen! 

I would imagine like Jira, don't leave issues in the wind. Resolve issues within the SLA's so you don't have to go clean them up later.
