Hi @Jimmy Seddon! Hi everyone! It is slightly chilly in Phoenix, but mostly the weather is wonderful! After the hottest year on record for the valley, it is a nice reprieve from the heat! It's been so nice wearing all my sweatshirts, sweaters and boots! 

I sprang from my chair to see what was the matter. When out on my lawn they were digging to place fiber (seriously it is so loud)!

My cleaning ritual is different this year since I am not yet working, but did find a new job that I start in January. My cleaning lady is on her way to clean my house right now. That's my ritual this year! HAHA!

A nice year in review for my favorite products! Also, if I could ask Santa for something personal, a new job that I actually want to take and one that uses Atlassian products would be nice!

This looks like a great app! I find time tracking a pain in every organization I work at. It's about time someone came up with an app that looks easy to use and provides the information to leadership that they need!

Draw.io for sure and also Colors for Jira by Tempo. Also while it is not an app, it is a tool and I can't say enough about the Atlassian Team Playbook. 

Here are my top 4 apps for business teams: Capacity Tracker: Manage your team workload, easily Draw IO: Create powerful, easy to use and secure diagrams and whiteboards Mantra: A Confluence Cloud solution that provides customizable dashboards, news feeds, event tracking, and social walls

At my last job we did not use a lot of Marketing apps or really many apps at all as Jira Align accommodated most of our needs. I did manage though to get the marketing team to start using Confluence and Confluence whiteboards and went through many activities with them using whiteboards to show that it was a useful tool.

Yes @Susan Waldrip - Dare to Lead is so good so far! I've already gotten a ton out of it and I'm in a program at work that uses her stuff a lot! She is so great!
