Hi @Arby Leon This feature should be working as per normal. Can you describe what is the issue you are currently experiencing? Thanks!
-
Got it thanks @Tom Kiefer . Sounds like a bug. Let me report it to our support team. We will let you know if we need additional information/screenshot from you. Thanks!

Hi @Arthur Mack - Today within JSD, you can connect a Confluence space to your JSD project to power your knowledge base. This allows you to view your knowledge base articles (Confluence pages) natively within JSD. Is this workflow something you are looking for? Would love to hear more about the goals you are trying to…

@Tom Kiefer Hi Tom, Can I confirm that the issue you are experience is that the Activity Stream gadget is configured to filter by username. However, the data simply ignores the username filter. Do you still see the ability to filter by username (during the configuration step) or is the filter by username option completely…

Love being able to track my project status by leveraging the Jira Issue Macro within a Confluence page, and embedded Confluence pages within Jira!
-
Thanks for the feedback on the embed feature @Wouter. 🙂 As for smartlinks by default, rest assured that we're hard at work on this. We hear you loud and clear and are coming up with solutions to address your pain points. The latest updates would be available on JRACLOUD-72429

Hi @Elizabeth Sprouse Only users with permissions to that page will be able to access it (you won't have to worry that unauthorized people will have access to that page). 🙂
-
Hi @Ryan Beller Which web browser are you using? Does this issue happen when you are using Chrome?
-
@Daniele Isca Awesome feedback about the excerpt! We will definitely consider that in our next iteration of the feature. 🙂
-
Hi @Mike Eastwood I did some research and looks like there has been a similar request to yours submitted by other folks. We will definitely consider this as we look at our next set of product features to prioritize. Thanks for the feedback!
-
Hi @Tobias H You can link a Confluence page into the Jira Issue comment (not just the Jira issue description). 🙂
-
Thanks for the feedback @Mike Eastwood. Are you looking to specify "Open in new tab" when pasting a link onto a Confluence page or onto a Jira issue?
-
@Kyle Le Pine The Display embed option should be available when you paste (Ctrl-v) a Confluence URL into a Jira issue description. Do you mind sending me a screenshot/recording? Thanks!
-
@Dean Capp Thanks for the feedback. Before you create pages via "Jira Project Pages", you would first need to connect a Confluence space to that project. Once this step is completed, any new page created in Jira Project Pages will be stored in that connected Confluence space and you can also have it organized by creating…
-
Hi @Andy Gladstone - Yes, you can drag the sides to customize the size of the tile!
-
Thanks for the feedback @Tami Dubi We will look into this as we prioritize our next set of iterations. Would it be okay if I reach out to you separately to dig deeper into your workflow and use case? Thanks!
-
Hi @Brett Hall I think I understand your use case. But would still love to hop on a call with you. You can reach me via email and we can set up some time to discuss. Thanks!
-
Hi @W. Adam Koszek Yes it is possible to create a Jira task right from a Confluence page. 🙂 Refer to this documentation and look for "Create issues from inside Confluence" https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-jira-and-confluence-together/ Let me know if this is what you are looking for!
-
Thanks for the feedback @ian_main. We will look into making the cursor a bit more obvious!
-
Hi @Danno Thanks for raising this. 🙂 Even though 2 different Jira projects are linked to the same Confluence space, you should still be able to successfully create a page within Jira. If convenient, can you take a screen recording of the issue you are experiencing? Feel free to email it to me.
-
Thank you for the feedback @Christophe Raeymaekers!
-
Thanks @Santiago M_ Gonzalez Souto for the feedback!
-
Hi @Manuel Pregler We are still exploring if this feature will be in Jira Work Management. Are there specific areas within Jira Work Management that you feel this embedded page feature will be valuable? Please send them my way and we can look into it!
-
Hi @Mark Mermelstein - This feature is currently available in Jira Software only. If there are specific areas within Service Management where you feel this embedded page feature will be helpful, please send them my way! 🙂
-
Hi @Ruslan Platonov We are slowly rolling out a capability to allow you to embed a page into the body of a Jira ticket. I'm not sure if this is live in your Jira Cloud instance yet, but when you paste a Confluence link into a Jira ticket, you have the option to display this as an "embed" (see screenshot). If you don't have…
-
Thanks @Peter De Rudder - Doccle ! We don't have this available in Jira Service Management just yet but it is something we will look into it. Can you share which are the specific areas within Service Management you feel this embedded page feature will be helpful? 🙂
-
@Hi @Statseeker Yes, this feature is only for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
-
Hi @Andrew Edgecombe We hope this addition brings a ton of value for you and your teams! This integration has no impact on the markup language used between Jira and Confluence. 🙂
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy Just wanted to point out that even before this new feature was introduced, "Project Pages" had already existed on the left hand navigation of Jira. Prior to the launch of this new feature, Jira users who have Confluence access can click on any of the page links in Project Pages that will take them to…
-
Hi @Brett Hall Let me know if I misunderstood you. But the current behavior today is that if a Jira user has Confluence permissions to see page A, then this user will be able to access page A from within Jira. Does this help?
