You can choose the type of project from the advance setting when creating a project. You will not see a "Business project" as you suggest since Jira Work Management and Jira Software are now plain Jira.
-
Yes, that's why is strange. This feature is supported in both platforms. So I wonder why dc internal comments are made public on cloud. Have you requested help from a partner or move atlassian's support?
-
Hi @christophe repulles and welcome to the community, Yes, you should be able to do that. Portal visibility concerns only the Help Desk and not its functionality. But even if you hide them, customers should be able to visit them and view their tickets. I would suggest to remove any link for viewing the issue on the portal…

Hi @Boris S and welcome to the community, You should be able to create team managed project in a free plan, right out of the box. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-edit-and-delete-team-managed-projects/

Hi @Rocco De Angelis Quick question: You are migrating from DC to Cloud, but are these JSM projects or Jira projects? Usually I've seen this problem when migrating Jira projects to JSM projects, where comments are public and attachements are not visible to customer. Can you please clarify this?

How do you calculate the VarField? Using smart values inside the "create variable" component?
-
@Åsa Lundbom the link that Samuel provided works just fine. Which is this https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/ Perhaps there is something that prohibits you from loading the page :/
-
Hi @MARCO EBERHARD What do you mean by "dynamic field"? Is it a custom field which you have created inside Jira? If yes then you could get it using the smart…

Hi @Gaurav Gupta and welcome to the community, Changing your email depends on a few factors, if your account is managed by your company, or not managed by your company. After that it depends on if your account is already associated with another atlassian account. Usually to change your email you would go…

Hi @Jane and welcome to the community, The problem imo is that the {{createdVersion.name}} returns null, thus not releasing the version. If you are using the {{now.format("yyyy-MM-dd")}} to create the new version, then on the edit issue, use again the same smart value, meaning {{now.format("yyyy-MM-dd")}}. And again on the…

Hi @Laura Pettit and welcome to the community, Kindly try the same action using an incognito window. Most likely an extension could cause the problem.

Hi @Åsa Lundbom and welcome to the community, Please follow these instructions https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/ * Open the Board menu and select Settings > Workspace name. * Select the Workspace you would like your board to belong to from the drop-down menu. * Members of a…

Hi @piotrpoz and welcome to the community, Try to go here: https://bitbucket.org/YOURBITBUCKETNAME/workspace/settings/groups and see if you can locate yourself inside any admin group

Hi @cartile tale and welcome to the community, Usually Atlassian grants a long period of noticing before deleting anything. If Atlassian has already deleted your data, I don't thing it's possible to retrieve them. You did the right thing raising a request, even if you don't have a paid plan. They are the only ones who…

Hi @David B Usually JMWE runs after jira has run all their native functionalities and PFs. It could be: * That you need to wait a few secs and refresh your screen. That summary change should be there * You should search for another post function which overwrites your summary In any case, chech the issue history to…

Hi @Nitin S. Joshi This is definetely an addon which you use in DC. There is no such thing as "containers" in the out-of-the-box jira functionalities.
-
Right, so 5.7.1 < 5.11. You have to upgrade to 5.11 to be able to link multiple spaces.
-
So you have JSM version 5.7.1? The version you provided is for Jira Software/Core and not JSM.
-
What is your version then?
-
You could click the "watch" button as well :)
-
Hi @Brady Buttrey This can be done on versions 5.11 and above as per https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-170.
-
Hi @Lucas Navarro I don't think it's possible to change the picture in slack :/
-
Hi @Martin Gagnier and welcome to the community, It shouldn't take that long for sure! And it's an awful UX for sure. In your case I would ask Tempo for their advice, since timesheets stores their data outside of jira…

Hi @Peter Kapteyn and welcome to the community, You can use this endpoint: GET /attachments which you can sort by modified date: sortAttachmentSortOrder Used to sort the result by a particular field. Valid values: created-date, -created-date, modified-date, -modified-date…

Hi @Carla Castanheira Out of the box, Jira's reporting capabilities are limited. In addition, even with a 3rd party app, I'm not sure you can export the call log.
-
Hi @Romain VELON You have to use an asset custom field and filter the scope by using object having outboundR/inR
-
Hi @Durga Solse Out of the box you can't since sprint burndown only allows you for just one sprint. Perhaps 3rd party apps could do the trick for you, but I'm not that sure. I've try it with appfire's charts but there was no option to select multiple projects or sprints.

@Bhanu this link is for the DC version of assets, which utilizes a built in automation engine. On cloud Assets use the project automation.
-
Hi @Steve C It all depends on how you have setup your project/solution. Jira automation has the capability of checking object's attributes: You may want to use smart values as well: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-insight/
