Great job you all!! Awesome!

Hi @André Grell and welcome to the community, As long as the form has been setup and enabled by the admin, you can find the links here for jira and confluence cloud: https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/contact-administrator https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/wiki/contactadministrators.action If however your accounts as…

Hi @Mindy Park and thank you for the webinar! As a solution architect, my cup of tea would be the create space with this other space's permissions feature, which really allows me to save time when constructing for the very first time a confluence instance for our customers. Troubleshooting/Inspecting permissions is another…

Hi @SilkeS What about if besides a community leader, I'm with a solution partner as well? Will that display two lozenges, or one?
-
@Hatice Demirbaş if there is no option to switch it back, then unfortunately there isn't another way. I don't like this change either, but hey... it is what it is and we have to move forward :)

Hi @Maja Jacyszyn and welcome to the community, It is indeed impossible to achieve this with the include macro and with all the prerequisites you have. What you could do if to turn on the public link for the specific pages you want to share with companies B,C and D and add them as iframes inside other pages on spaces B, C…

Hi @eq and welcome to the community, In order to view issues from different kind of projects, you must have the browse project permission. Considering the fact that you already have that, when you create a filter and place it on a specific Kanban board of a project, you also have to map ALL statuses to the existing…

@Walter Buggenhout has provided a way to switch back to the old navigation menu.

Hi @yunncsie and welcome to the community, I doubt if support can do anything for that matter, especially if they are promoting the new editor. I would expect at some point to force you to use it, and in my opinion it seems the logic thing to do. My advice is to just start using the new editor. Why prolonging the…

Hi @Digvijaya Swain and welcome to the community, In addition to what Harshit said, you can use public links to share only a handful of pages to your external collborators, if that's your case. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/

Hi @Hatice Demirbaş and welcome to the community, The difference you are experiences has to do with Atlassian's rollout functionality, of moving the horizontal navigation menu to vertical. This is gradually rolled out to different instances. So soon you will see it on your old one. Hope that helps!

Hi @larissa and welcome to the community, If you are working on a company managed project, then you can do that by the board settings:
-
Hi @Jira Admin and welcome to the community, Yes you can, but not quite as you think. Imo you have to create two folders. One will be restricted to all users except the one you don't want to create pages inside that folder, and the second folder is where you grant access to that user. He/she will be able to add pages to…
-
Hi @Ferry Portier I screenshot of your permissions would be helpful for us to understand better and help you. Maybe that user is part of a group which is granted access. Have you check that already?
-
Hi @Svetlana Maklakhova and welcome to the community, You have to also inform us if there is any kind of message you are getting when trying to transitioning the issue. In addition, is the transitions visible to you or not? If not, then most likely a condition occurs within the workflow which prohibits you from…

Hi @Riley Hosking and welcome to the community, How have you set up your service management project? Is it open or restricted? What are the setting on "customer access" page? Is it on "Allow customers to create accounts"?
-
Hi @taisestefanonts and welcome to the community, Have you tried these instructions? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/
-
Hi @Mario P and welcome to the community, Change the setting to "Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations" and channel access to "restricted". See if that resolved your issue.
-
Hi @Alexander Kolev and welcome to the community, I believe that you have to setup the scope of automation in project A, to include project B as well. Then run your rule and let me know if that resolved your issue. Alex

Ηι @Dick , In order to provide more help on this matter and @Eitzaz Haider initial question, the above questions need to be addressed. If Eitzaz is purely interested in just creating an automation which will spam the customers with emails they didn't signed up for, then be my guest. But perhaps there could be another way…
-
So there customers are part of a jira organization? And you have set up the customers permissions to share a request with their organization as default? And then what? You need to spam all members of that organization whenever someone comments on that issue?
-
Hi @project manager and welcome to the community, You have to raise a support request directly to Atlassian's support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Malin Arnesson and welcome to the community, Please use these instruction to cancel your subscription: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/ OR you can raise a request here https://trello.com/contact or here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Eitzaz Haider Why you want to do that, since you have already a dedicated event, which sents out notification for every public comment?
-
Nice to hear that and I'm glad that worked out for you!

Hi @Tyler Neill and welcome to the community, Changing domain name is different to changing product URLs. To change the product URLs follow these instructions https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/

Hi @Kenisha Naidoo Validator is the way to go, so you are on the right path. Choosing that specific filed as required, means that this field must have a value, but it doesn't care if the users chooses "No" as well. I would use another validator instead of this one, the "script your own validator" and in it I would write:…
