Hi @Dirk Bromberg There are certain 3rd party apps which you could use like: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/247/content-formatting-macros-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222649/macrosuite-content-formatting-macros?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Confluence comes out…

Hi @Martin Hirsch Try using the {{createdIssue.url}} smart value on the field you want to set.
-
@V MALLIKARJUNA hi and welcome to the community, You can either use Automation, or Jira automation (if you have it or if you are on DC) and for sure you can use any 3rd party apps like JMWE, Scriptrunner, JWT to automate your subtask workflow creation.
-
@Gal Fatal hi! If you click edit on that specific notification and then click on enable, that should enable your notification: Let me know if that resolved your issue.
-
Hi @Adrien and @Diarmuid Murphy Currently you can create subtasks by going on the standard issue type, clicking the three dots and chooce create subtask:
-
Thanx @Trudy P Claspill ! I missed the blog the last couple of weeks. :/
-
Hi @정영환 Paste a screenshot of your rule. That would suffice maybe.
-
@Luay Salman true, that Orgs are a system field. But on Jira cloud it is found under custom fields. So that's why I told you that perhaps the above issue could relate with Orgs field as well.
-
Hi @Jennifer Amanze and welcome to the community, Can you please describe the steps you are taking to invite your teammate? Is he already invited to your instance? Does he/she has product access?
-
Hi @Luay Salman Perhaps this would be possible with this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-20905, which leads to this https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Cloud-Admins-articles/Announcing-the-ability-to-re-use-global-custom-fields-in-team/ba-p/2209113 But long story sort, the above is about custom fields, and…
-
Hi @Sirvan Jackson I don't think that's possible. Tell them to share with you the exact issue where this happens as well as the exact steps. It would also be great if they could share with you a vid capture of the whole process.
-
Hi @Niharika Mishra You could do that with structure and "formulas".
-
Hi @Siti Hajar Abdul Razak I suppose you are referring to jira on premise and not on cloud. Have you checked if the users are restored with the db? It sounds like this is not the case.
-
Hi @Benjamin Peikes Can you be a bit more precise on the kind of "form" you are using? Are you referring to forms in JSM, or to forms in JWM projects?
-
Hi @Troy Why don't you use AFTER startOfDay(-7) instead of startOfMonth()?
-
Take a look at this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/: Creating sub-tasks You can create sub-tasks of issues by: * Adding two columns to your CSV file with the headings "Issue Id" and "Parent Id" * Ensuring each regular (non sub-task) issue is given a…

@SAn4Es_TV as Trudy well states, most probably the problem is that WMP can't show more than 1000 tasks. Vote for that issue to get updates!
-
Hi @Giulio Bonanome , I'm not sure you can change the format of the date. You could create a suggest to jira.atlassian.com about this.
-
@SAn4Es_TV to be honest I haven't face any issue while importing issues. And to be more honest, I haven't tried to upload more than 1000 issues to a work management, team managed project. I'll try to reproduce your issue. Can you give me abit more details about the import, statuses, fields, issue type etc you are trying to…
-
@SAn4Es_TV please view this related issue https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Can-t-show-done-issues-under-Team-Managed-project-s-Done-column/qaq-p/2183580

So is your name Thobias or Victor? Which one should appear?
-
Hi @Victor Public name takes a few moments to change everywhere. Usually in the community the problem were with the kudos board, and not with the actual name when you post a question. Most likely the public name will change quite soon (as long as you have saved the changes).
-
Hi @sai chinamuthevi Perhaps something like the rule below would help you: However keep in mind that there should be a transition from all issue to Open (either create new transitions, or enable the global transition to Open)
-
Right. Can you please share a screenshot of your issues list? It seems that most likely these issues are in the Done column and they don't have a resolution:
-
@Utteja Ragni Sai Shree V If these issues are located in the same project, then they will have the same issue key. In order to have a different issue key, you have to create them in a different container (jira project). What you can do, if you want to have a sort of differentiation among your issues is to create a custom…
-
Hi @Utteja Ragni Sai Shree V What kind of differentiation you want among issues? What is your goal? E.g. to know that an issue AAA is displayed on "board a", while issue BBB is displayed on "board b"?
-
Hi @Lacey You could try to experiment with text smart values and especially with subStringBefore(), in order to get all text before a specific sub string. What I would do is to search for the body of the last comment and place it as a substring.
-
Hi @Alicia Newell No, I don't think this is possible. You could try to raise a request to Atlassian, if you are indeed on a paid plan.
-
Hi @Jason Bray If by "users" you mean agents, then no, you can't create them in bulk. Each user, when invited, should create their own Atlassian account. If by "users" you mean customers, then yes, you can create them in bulk but not with your password. They have to create their own…
