Hi @Santhosh Raj If you don't have a problem using a single user picker field, then instead of Approvers, you can create a field called Approver, and use group filtering following these…

Hi @Kevin Paul Just click the title of the gadget to edit its title :)

Hi @Emiliano Visioli You don't link Epic to standard issue types like that. You simply edit the standard issue type Epic Link to the Epic's key.

Are you indeed on the free plan? If you try to export another page do you get the same error?
-
Hi @Vikas Gaur and welcome to the community, What error to you get while exporting it?
-
Hi @Diana Dvorska You could have a rule like the following: Where on the "Edit Issue" you just add the label. Let me know if that helps!

Now that I'm thinking it, you could use the subscription filter with a custom cron expression. Try creating a filter with the same jql as your queue. Save it as a filter. Share it with your team (must be within the same group). Add a subscription to it using custom cron expression to send it e.g. every 10 mins. But other…

Hi @Ayush Lawania You can't hide them. I would do as @Jack Brickey very well suggested. Keep in mind that board in JSM is a very half-baked feature imo. In very early stages of development.
-
Hi @Paul Prata You could achieve that by using automation. However I don't recommend it, since it will use quite a number of your monthly run limits. E.g. you could add an automation like the following: * Trigger: scheduled 5 minutes (I would suggest once every 2-3 hours) * Action: Lookup issues (add you queue jql here) *…

Hi @Haitham El Khatib and welcome to the community, Per documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/create-a-timeline-view/ you can't. It's only in months and quarters The timeline view allows you to create monthly and quarterly roadmaps. Time is defined in ideas by the date field, which you can…

Thought that would be the case, is there no way of downloading it as part of a worklog report? What do you mean, and what did you had in mind?
-
Hi @Anth.Burnikell If you export your issues using "All fields csv" you will get the worklog description as well. :)

That's an app from Freshdesk? There are at least two apps in the Atlassian Marketplace which might solve your problem * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227929/freshdesk-freshservice-jira-works-behind-the-firewall?hosting=cloud&tab=overview *…

Hi @tanja_nann The name of the space doesn't appear in the header menu.
-
How? I've tried that previously and I wasn't able. Can you please share a screenshot of the email setup in your two projects?
-
Hi @Kerli Loopman I'm not sure you can do that out of the box. Perhaps with an app like Time to SLA this would be achievable.
-
Hi @Scott R. McCleneghan I wonder why noone answered to your question... None the less, in your case and for a startup I would suggest for you to use Work Management and Confluence.
-
which tool are you using?

Hello Vicky and welcome! Most likely there is an active incident with Atlassian, but not yet communicated from Atlassian. I would suggest that you watch this page to receive further updates https://status.atlassian.com/

Did you change the customer settings, or the permissions scheme of your JSM project? It seems that the user is not a customer. Did you remove him by accident?

@Rick Visscher https://status.atlassian.com/ doesn't currently shows anything, but if anything happens that would be the first place to search. I can confirm that searching for pages in confluence, like @Harald Seyr doesn't seem to work. But on Jira side, everything looks good. Where do you get that error @Rick Visscher ?
-
Hi @Adam Taylor Don't think it's possible to move anything else, besides clicking the "arrow button" to hide it.

Hi @Josef Sigl You can't make a field readonly with automation rules. Think automation rules as a followup action that happens after an action/event took place. On data center this could be achievable with Scriptrunner's Behaviours.
