And you are all alone in the workspace? No other admin?
-
I've asked for assistance on this ticket. In 2 business days someone from Atlassian should reply to you. But if you dont see any app under billing, I wouldn't have my hopes high unfortunately..
-
I don't see anything suspicious as well. Did you try to export it and import it again an/or copy it to another space or page?
-
Hi @craigmiller160 It's a real bummer that this happened. Atlassian usually "spams" you with email if you are inactive on your instance https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/ Based on this…
-
Hi @Andrew_Leponis Did you try changing the StartAt as described here? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/#pagination

Hi @darren.brooks and welcome to the community, A public page...well.. it's public. :) I'm not sure you can disable it. Perhaps it's a best practice not to use a custom domain yet. Leave it as xxxxx.statuspage.io. Make the necessary changes and then connect it to your domain. In this case you need to add the "stakeholders"…
-
Sure thing! Try it just for a couple of pages. If you have many pages of that type then it depends on what the problem is. E.g. if the problem would be located to a special character on each image, then you could use python to find these pages and then replace that character on their storage. That would solve the problem.…

Hi @Tarek Khadra I'm afraid there isn't a way to upload the srt file. I think you can only download it or correct word by word within the video or https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/correct-your-transcript.
-
Hi @Fraser Shepherd and welcome to the community, Strange behavior, to say the least. Can you try copying the page and convert it again, and see if the problem persists? If the problem persists, can you check the page storage for anything suspicious? Another idea would be to export the page and try to import it again.…
-
Hi @Sarah Hope Perhaps somebody has removed you from the board?
-
Hi @Asier Vadillo The easiest way to learn, is to practice! Other than that, Atlassian offers a loads of courses which you can find here: https://community.atlassian.com/learning/catalog?product=Jira+Service+Management In addition there is a comprehensive documentation, which you can find…

Hi @Kevin Bonnet Is the account managed by a domain or not? If it is managed, then the user must contact the org admins to have the account checked (it depends if it is synced from an idp or not). If the account is not managed, then the user can begin the "forget password" to recover the account. Let me know if the above…
-
Hi @Joseph Ambrosio Most likely you the Manage Wathcers permissions was removed from you or your group. Cross check the space permissions
-
Nevermind. It's out https://guard.status.atlassian.com/

Ηι @n85238 and welcome to the community, Out of the box you can't do that unfortunately. You can achieve that via a 3rd party app called "Actions for Jira Service Management" https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213697/actions-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Hope that helps!
-
Thank you @Mark C for your help. I had also raised a support request, since we upgraded the plan to Premium. Much appreciated!
-
Hi @Mirek Thanx for your reply. I posted the question since it's a free BB instance, with the hope that someone from Atlassian will see this. And there's a specia tag we add to such thread, but can't recall it.. :/

I mean look at all that white space! it's frustrating that the changes are "half way there". If you are going to ship a change, then do it good. This is just a change to show that "we are moving things". I don't like it. :(
-
@David Brenner i feel you.. I mean look at all that white space Hopefully they will fix this. However it's frustrating that the changes are "half way there". If you are going to ship a change, then do it good. This is just a change to show that "we are moving things".

This is awful...
-
@Debbie Jolley however on JSM project, the transition button remains still in its original place. I really think it's a bug. On their blog https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2025/09/atlassian-cloud-changes-sep-22-to-sep-29-2025 I didn't find anything about this change.
-
Oh.. I've spotted that... please let it be a bug...
-
Introducing a new feature for a product that will soon be decommissioned is a bit challenging. It would be ideal if DC weren’t being decommissioned, as our clients could continue to benefit from it. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
-
Can't say that I like this change. Until Cloud can actually delivers all the things you can do on DC, then ending the life of this product is a bad decision for me. Customers will hear more ofter "I'm sorry, but you can't do that anymore on Jira"...
-
Thank you Dirk. They just posted it on Statuspage
-
Thank you Fabio. They just posted it on Statuspage
-
Hi @Yousif Hassan You can't prohibit customers from visiting the portal. I mean this is a basic core JSM functionality. However what you can do to somehow achieve this is: * Disable self signup for customer * Edit email templates and remove any reference to the portal (like view my request) * Hide the portal from the help…
-
If you remove the browse project permission from the portal only customers, then they will not be able to create tickets via email.
-
Ηι @Thom Kosse and welcome to the community, I'm experiencing the same issue. Atlassian has not yet add an announcement on the statuspage https://status.atlassian.com/
-
Yup! Me too :)
