Hi @Pablo Marín About your first problem, this behavior seems quite normal. In order for Jira to add a comment to an existing issue, they jira key of that issue should exist on the email's subject. If it doesn't exists, then a new ticket will be raised. About the second problem, you should verify that the reporter of the…

Hi @Q2 Bookings On the issues you say that the data were erased, kindly check their history. Any change on the fields will be visible there. Concerning the dashboard and not viewing the new issues, you have to provide more information about what is the JQL you are using on the dashboard's gadget and where you create the…

Hi @Aurélie Pilette Just switch back to the old editor The new editor, in my opinion, is half-baked and provides an awful UX unfortunately.
-
Hi @Carson Sham and welcome to the community! Since you are on a premium plan, I would suggest to use Assets and prepopulate the approver field, based on the schema you create. E.g. you will create an Employee object type, which will take an attribute of type User named "Jira User" and another User Attribute called…

Split and confetti buttons! Yay!!

It seems that you didn't post anything :/

Automating labels and recurring pages will now be easy! Fantastic!

That's great stuff!

Comments summary will be a handy feature for many people!

Atlassian has a bug issue policy. You can read more about it here https://success.atlassian.com/solution-resources/agile-and-devops-ado/product-specific-guidance/how-we-prioritize-feature-requests-bug-fixes-and-security-fixes

Hi @Sebastien Soum and welcome to the community, Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to get these value. One workaround though would be to use a JQL to get specific values and then populate the fields you want. I would suggest to use an automation and then with a bunch of if/then/else using the JQL e.g. organizations in…

Hi @홍승표 and welcome to the community, This could be a potential error in the CSS, but unfortunately we cant fix it. If you are on a paid plan you could raise a request to Atlassian and they will raise a corresponding bug issue in "jira". But don't get your hopes high to fix it soon, since these kind of fixes usually take a…

Hi @Krishna Reddy and welcome to the community, In order for us to come to a solid conclusion, we need to know what kind of report you are generating, and which JQL you include in e.g. the specific gadget.
-
Hi @Steven Kent It would be great if you could post a screenshot of your rule.
-
Hi @Nicolas Andika When a jira issue is deleted is gone forever. However, as Hans stated, the only thing that you should check, is to see whether an issue security scheme has been associated with the project. If there is one, you need to make sure that you are included in all levels. If you are indeed included, and you…

Hi @Risikanta Pradhan 500 assets is not that big of a volume to have an impact on your site performance. I don't think that you could do anything about it, unfortunately. But since you are on a premium plan, you can raise a request to atlassian and complain about the poor performance. After all, you are paying a load of…

You are welcome! :)

Hello @[deleted] and welcome to the community, You have to change your plan by following these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/

Hi @Kim Kake and welcome to the community, If you are using trello with your personal email, then this account kind of belongs to you. If you are using trello with your company email, then if your company hasn't claim you account, then it belongs to you. If your company claims your account, then it belongs to your company.…

Hi @Aleena Umaiir and welcome to the community, Syncing issues between 2 different instances is a real tedious task. I would recommend any other approach but to use dedicated apps like Exalate or "Backbone Issue Sync for Jira". At our company we use and recommend Exalate. But both of them will get the job done.
-
Hi @Risikanta Pradhan I don't think that there is anything you can do about it. Especially if you have a few objects within your asset. Atlassian instances I think that they are optimized already to perform as fast as they can. And for sure other factor could affect its performance, but it's out of our reach.

Hi @Anton Damen and welcome to the community, Please follow these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/ To cancel your Trello Premium or Standard plan, you’ll need to be a Workspace administrator. To find the Billing page, expand the sidebar and click Settings > Billing.…

Then ask your admin to grant you access. Altough I believe that you would be able to see the selection.
-
Yup, that could be the case.
-
Ηι @Claire Guan and welcome to the community, Does this happen with every file you try to upload, or just with that one picture? If the latter, then the problem could be on the file it self.
-
Are you in the premium plan of Jira?
-
Hi @Tendani Mulaudzi and welcome, Not much we can do about your case. You should contact your jira admin, or your IT. If you are on cloud and your account isn't managed by your organization you can reset your password.
-
Hi @calvin.monteiro and welcome! Since you are on a premium plan of JSM, I would use the Assets to achieve that. I would create two object types, "project type" and "approvers". The former would have two attributes, name and "approver" which would be an object pointing the approvers object type. "Approvers" object would be…

Hi @zzhang3 If that page looks as it should on a laptop and differently on the confluence app, then most likely there is something wrong with the app. Usually when editing a page in confluence you have the ability to set its width. If you edit this page from the app, can you change its width?
-
Hi @Akhila Thankachan and welcome to the community, You can do that with Trello premium: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/ Let me know if that helped!
