@Kaladin Stormblessed What is your build system? How does it notify back to JIRA that build is complete?
-
@JDM I am assuming with a trigger "When: Version released", you are going in branch "Issues Fixed in Version". Using below smart values you can know if the versions attached to the issue are released or not. Will this help you move forward? {{#issue}} {{fixVersions.name}} {{fixVersions.released}} {{/}}

@尾崎 洸人 If your question is that you have created a new issue type and want to make it available to project. Click on Gear Icon->Issue Type Schemes->Click on ... on the screen you want to add new issuetype->Click Edit. You will see available Issue Types. Move them to the box "Issue Types for Current Scheme" and the issue…

@Tehmina Aslam if this worked for you, please accept the answer.

tipi.chaibamrung@posti.com Can you share the SS of the columns of your board? The right most column should have status that are in Done category. Can you check on this?
-
@Maurice B. Can you share your rule so far? Also, share the logic that you are using when creating the table.
-
is the CSV file available at some location? if so then you can hyperlink the location in mail. Adding the attachment to email using JIRA Automation may not be feasible as far as I know
-
@bee.eo JIRA JQL does not allow subquery by default. The best you can do is query for subtask and include parent while displaying the filter result in dashboard gadget You have to use some marketplace app, scriptrunner or REST API for your use case.
-
@Ahbosch Using Create Issue Trigger you can check for parent summary and copy it. Can you share the screen shot of your automation to understand the flow better?
-
@Patrick Johnson Stopping creation of an issue (including subtask) is not possible out of the box, as far as i know. To achieve your use case of if data is missing on parent field, then don't allow creation of subtasks, you may have to look at Scriptrunner

@Bill Sheboy When using withdayOfWeek like this {{now.withdayOfWeek(4)}}, it didn't return any value. Can you suggest how to use this correctly?
-
The reason the logic was breaking when saving links is the markdown syntax adds an extra | Made the formula dynamic and in two steps. * Calculate number of columns * Calculate number of rows Number of columns Create a variable (NumberOfColumns) with following expression:…

@Mohamed Eid Your 3rd response confirms you are on Cloud. Since we have debugged and confirmed that asNumber is not working in your instance, in my opinion you should raise a case with Atlassian and seek their opinion. if you have paid subscription then your JIRA admin can raise the case. if you are on free tier, we may…

@Leslie Barrett As @Trudy P Claspill suggested, you will need to start with a scheduled trigger. Then use below JQL to get list of issues staying in a particular status project = TEST AND status = X AND status changed to X before (startOfDay(-45d) and NOT status changed after endOfDay(-1d) You may have to tweak the query.…
-
@chrchr JQL does not allow relational query. Say if your Epic has label XXXX and you query for labels = XXXX, then you will only get the Epic. Using the Epic key, you will have to write another query to find issues that are child of Epic. Alternatively, you can look at Third party marketplace apps if they fit your…
-
@Quentin MD In Cloud, parent field should be used. In the CSV import file, you can provide existing Epic Key say JIRA-1234 if this does not work for you, please share the CSV input file format (i.e. column names) and the screen shot of the screen where CSV Columns are mapped to JIRA Columns.
-
@chamali Haveesha Can you check with your JIRA Admin if there is some default formatting defined on the custom field that you are using? Are you facing this issue when you manually add the value in this field?
-
The status in Green (Approved for Release and Released) belongs to Done Category
-
@asadiq * Is Test Cycle an issuetype in JIRA? * Is there any field to identify if the issue is for Environment A or SIT? You surely can bulk update the issues and update the Environment field. Also, if there is a custom field that can help identify which Environment the issue is for, then Environment field can be updated…

@Mohit Edupuganti Trigger You can use Scheduled as a trigger Query: You should have a query for which you need to send details about. Also, you should have the fields that you want to send it in email. Then using Send email component, you will be able to send the results to the desired email address. Can you show what you…

The stories that are in Released status and have moved to next sprint, get the issue key of those, and run below jql key in (<first key>, <second key>) and resolution = Unresolved If you get some output, means there are issues that don't have resolution set.
-
@Fatima AlZarooni Can you check on below * Check Resolution Field: Ensure that the Resolution field is set for all tickets in the "Done" column. You can do this by adding a post-function in the workflow to set the Resolution when moving tickets to "DONE". * Complete Sub-Tasks: Make sure all sub-tasks are marked as "Done".…
-
@Digvijay Singh Gehlot Can you try with query project = TEST and issuetype = Story AND status = Open AND status changed to Open before startOfDay(-90) AND NOT status changed after startOfDay(-90) status = Open → Ensures the issue is currently in the "Open" status. status changed to Open before startOfDay(-90) → Ensures the…
-
@Fatima AlZarooni Can you phrase your question better? What is the issue that you want to discuss about? is that when sprint is completed, what is not showing as Completed?
-
it is not working withdayOfWeek. You can try with {{now.startOfMonth.plusWeeks(3)}}. this returns the date.
-
@Nur Fatin There looks to be a case issue. Can you try with fieldname as duedate Also, if this does not work share the audit log to better understand the issue
-
@Niklas Zarnecke I relooked at your problem statement and this is my understanding. You have a story or Task and n number of subtasks under the Story/Task. Let's say all of them are in To DO status. Team will transition the status of subtask and if all subtask have same status say In Progress then automation should trigger…
-
@Mohamed Eid Can you try below steps? * Disable the rule. Then enable it after 10 mins. See if works * If not, create a new rule and have a manual trigger and add the logic to create the smart variable remainingdays then print it lin og remaining days = {{remainingdays.asNumber}}. If it works in the new automation rule,…

@Archana Are you open to explore the REST APIs? if so, you can download the data and then do the required analytics yourself. Writing the code is one time effort, however, it enables you to have data in your hand
-
@Sunny Nafraz are you on cloud version? if so, go to releases and add the required versions. You may need Project Admin privileges to do this.
