Hey @Jack Ingram -- We do not currently have plans to integrate with Zoom Chat. If you want to create a feature request, we can track demand and potentially add it to the roadmap in the future!

Hi! Update here as we have made this process more streamlined. You can connect 5 pre-calculated Jira fields w/ Halp. In order for them to sync, you just need to create custom text fields with the exact text provided below and add them to your "create screen" in Jira. triageChannelLink requesterChannelLink…
-
Hey @Jeff Falace -- You need to first "take" the ticket. We only show the change status button after the ticket is assigned. I'll talk to the team about making that more clear in the docs!
-
@Ray Tran -- If you go through the Chat setup, it should direct you through the steps to resolve having a previous account. If you run into an error screen that you cannot work through, you can reach out to the support team, and they can provide you with additional steps to resolve :)
-
@Joao Zampa -- thank you for the feedback! We are exploring making the triage channel optional and I'll look into the syncing break you mentioned. We do have a new feature coming out soon that will allow you to default all ticket comments to be private, but its on a project basis, not an individual ticket basis. Cheers!
-
Hey @John Terrence -- glad to hear you love it and want to connect more projects! You can connect as many projects to JSM Chat as you would like. There is no issue having multiple, we will direct you to make a new triage channel and tickets will be 100% separate. Just navigate to your HR Project -> Channels -> Chat, log in…
-
Hey @Daniel Longfellow -- JSM Chat (Conversational ticketing) is 100% powered by Halp, so all settings you have in Halp currently will reflect in JSM Chat, there is no migration/transition required, if you log into Chat in JSM, you will see your current project's Halp setup (Assuming you have opted into the new integration…
-
@Stephen Lawrence -- can you please open a support ticket with the JSM Team and we can take a look into your account? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hey @Daniel Cabaco -- were scoping the work out right now, hope to have an update in the next 3-4 weeks. Our goal is to ship JSM Chat for MS Teams by EOY at the latest, but most likely much sooner. You can track the progress of the feature here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-11261
-
@Quentin MICHARD -- No plans for Google Chat at this time, but feel free to create a feature request here and we can track interest.
-
@Jayne Langlais -- we have no plans to integrate with Mattermost at this time, but feel free to create a feature request here and we can track interest.
-
@Ray Tran -- it's included in all Paid Cloud JSM Projects. No extra cost :)
-
Hey @Joel Scott -- sorry for the confusion! Assist newly named Slack bot, it is the App your requesters and agents interact with. Halp the tool that powers the backend and is a lightweight ticketing system. But Tl;DR, if you connect your queue to JSM, you don't need to pay for a halp subscription, it is included. This FAQ…
-
Hey @Nick DringWe are hoping to ship it in the next 1-2 quarters. I will be sure to post on this page when we are getting closer!
-
Hey @Terry Young -- Jira Service Management Chat a new feature of JSM. The app that powers it in Slack, is called Atlassian Assist!
-
@marcus.burnap Thanks -- glad you like it :) MS Team is on the roadmap! Coming soon
-
Hey @marcus.burnap -- I saw your ticket come through so I believe it is resolved. But to assist anyone else with the same question, you need to connect every queue in Halp to a paid JSM Cloud project to result in a free instance. Any queues not connected, will be charged for via Halp. Let me know if you are still running…
-
Hey @Ariana DeJesus -- I'm not fully following the use case. Are you saying that you want to be pinged for all messages in the threads of the triage channel? You can do that via your slack channel notification settings.
-
@Patricia Francezi_iDev_ @Dirk Ronsmans -- we don't have an exact date for Teams at this time but it is on our roadmap to kick off development in the next 2 quarters (most likely sooner)
-
@Ariana DeJesus -- can you try refreshing now?
-
@David Berclaz _Apwide_ -- give it a refresh! It was in deployment when you tried.
-
Hey @Daniel Raiha First, Jira Assist is posting Slack notifications about tickets that have very restricted issue security. For example, IT team members are now seeing Slack notifications about HR Jira tickets. These are normally segregated by issue security level but are all within one Jira project. - We don't yet honor…
-
@Bill Goetz -- doubling down on @Tomislav Tobijas 's comment. I would recommend not using Jira Cloud App in conjunction with JSM Chat -- or muting it as Tomislav mentioned 👍
-
@Jonas Wallecan -- it's definitely possible to connect multiple service desks! Can you create a ticket here, and we can look into it together: https://jsmchat.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/4/create/14
-
@Cian Mackle -- it does! We are big fans of connecting JSM Chat with shared slack connect channels. Let me know if you have any questions!
-
@Nick Dring -- Glad to hear you are revisiting! Happy to jump on a call to talk through your use case and any changes since the last time you evaluated. We'll be looking for JSM Chat MS Teams beta testers soon as well :)
-
@Patrick Beardmore -- we can toggle it off, or you can disconnect chat after you set it up 👍
-
Hey @Are Eliassen 👋 -- Slack hit a hiccup with the script they ran with the slash commands. They are working to add /assist to existing accounts, hoping to have that for you soon. As for /halp, we don't plan on sunsetting the /halp command. We are keeping all our existing slash commands, but also adding /assist on top of…
