Hi @Jeffery CandiloroPortfolio analyzer is available for both Server and Data Center. You can upload your on-premise data regardless of your license type. You only need to have a cloud org, where the data is going to be presented. By the way, @Jeffery Candiloro can you please share where do you find this tool valuable for…

@Hana Kučerová thanks for sharing more details, you answered my question!

Hi @Hana KučerováI am happy to see that you've managed to merge the users under appropriate accounts. However importing cloud site into DC and then migrating the data to cloud again, doesn't seem perfect. Together with my dev team we're exploring possible solutions to prevent this problem: >The main problem here was the…

Hi everyone, I am happy to share that we've started an EAP for fixing invalid and duplicated emails in CCMA. To join the EAP you need to fill the Request form. You'll find EAP details and onboarding instructions in the Request form and this blogpost (the updated part is in the bottom of it). Update: EAP was closed. The…

Hi @Fabian Krehnke , AzureAD sync is available to any customer that has Atlassian Access.
-
@Klaus Floth > it seem not to be possible to sync groups fitting to some kind of regex. Thanks for the feedback. You're right - that option doesn't exist right now. If you find that option useful, you can create a JAC ticket so we can start gathering interest. Similar to the https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-1426…

Hi @Klaus FlothAzureAD sync was just released to public. You can find the documentation explaining how to switch from SCIM to Azure AD sync here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/switch-from-scim-to-azure-ad-sync-1141966053.html
-
Hi @Klaus Floth the public release is now in progress, we should roll-out the changes to all customers by the end of June/early July. Nested groups flattening won't be supported in AzureAD SCIM, so you will have to switch to AzureAD.
-
Hey @Ilango A we plan to have the public release around June/July 2023! We're going to update this blogpost right after general announcement. Stay tuned!
-
@Yevgen Lasman unfortunately, we don't have a MIG ticket to track the work. I'll update the post once the feature is released.
-
@Yevgen Lasman the feature to fix invalid and duplicated emails is going to be released in the upcoming CCMA version, in May 2023.

@Yevgen @Dave LIAO @prajakta.desai I am happy to provide an update - in the upcoming CCMA release (March) we're going to release solution to fix invalid and duplicated emails in CCMA! :)
-
@Yevgen @Dave LIAO let me come back to you with the information regarding timelines or release dates in early 2023. We're working on it :)
-
Thank you for the feedback @Aaron D. - we are investigating your case in the dev team. Did you get the response in the support ticket? @[deleted] thanks for sharing broader context! Do you find our solution useful in the cases you're working on? Our solution should help in merging duplicated accounts during Server -> Cloud…

Hey @Tom Lister we believe that you can still use nested groups in LDAP structures to manage access to our Cloud products. However, you'll need a Cloud IdP as a proxy between LDAP and Atlassian cloud products. It means you'd keep nested structures in LDAP, then nested groups would become flattened within Cloud IdP and sent…

@Mark Holmes (Adaptavist) we'd be happy to onboard you to the EAP!
-
@Masayuki Abe unfortunately we don't support group renaming in Azure AD sync - group name changes in AzureAD won't be reflected in Atlassian cloud.
