Thank you @Mandy Ross 😄
-
Oof - that's gonna be tough and I might need to move a few things around 😉 Ha! Just playing - Jan 14 works perfectly! Thanks again!
-
This is quite the list - thank you for keeping it up @Jimmy Seddon. I'll take January 28, 2022 🙂 Looks like I've got some time to ponder a good topic!

Happy Friday All!! I'll be zooming into the weekend with my Taco on Wheels socks 🧦

You'll want to use the following in your JQL: * "created >= -3m" if you want to know tickets created within the last 3 minutes * "created <= -3m" if you want to know tickets created more than 3 minutes ago

Ah, thank you for the clarification! I thought you were referring to the Kanban board view with the issue details showing on the right sidebar 😄 What you are showing here is the issue screen in fullscreen - there is no way to hide/collapse this part of interface.
-
Hello @[deleted] - I believe what you want to do is convert your issue view for Sidebar to Dialog. To do this, to go the issue detail in the right-hand pane and click on the three dots. From there, select "Open issues in dialog". Moving forward, when you select an issue, it will open all issues in a dialog window (pop-up)…

My pleasure @Manisha Adulla ! If this helped answer your question, I’d appreciate if you would accept the answer so we can keep our community informed and help others who may encounter this question later on 😊

The Include Page macro is used to display contents of one page in another page. This is great for content reuse so you don't need to update multiple places with the same information manually (the Milestones and deadlines table at the top right in the image above is actually that macro and the header is actually a hyperlink…
-
Hello @Manisha Adulla - happy to share a screenshot which illustrates the potential Confluence has in pulling in Jira project information. Below is an Overview page for a project and everything in a green box is Jira information. * There are several JQLs Filter Gadgets that pull in specific Jira issues and pertinent column…
-
It's great to see the Confluence macros are getting some needed attention 🙂 kudos to the Atlassian team and looking forward to sharing this news internally!
-
Ah - unfortunately, that additional visibility is not available. May I suggest building out a JQL that pulls in the linked issues and housing that information in a filter gadget on a team dashboard?
-
Hello @Rebecca Graf - I did a quick look and it's possible to show the issue key for the linked issues on a card (Note: this is only for Company Managed projects) - screenshot provided below for reference. However, it won't signify what type of link it is (e.g. Relates To, Blocks, etc.). To add this, go to the Board…
-
I believe this is possible with some nested conditions. Just doing some trial and error and want to see if this would work: project in (XYZ) AND (issueLinkType = "is blocked by" OR issueLinkType = "blocks") AND Resolution = Unresolved
-
Hello @abi.anderson - it's possible to allow members of your support team to delete all attachments and this can be done by updating the permission scheme. Go to the permission scheme for this project and find the "Delete All Attachments" permission and then add the appropriate group to the permission. In the Jira Systems…

Ah, very interesting. So I added the Word Macro to the page and then tried to edit the attachment. When I selected "Edit file", the "Edit with" option was not available at the top right. With what you are trying to do, may I suggest that you put the content from the Word document directly into a Confluence page? It would…
-
Hello @Daniel Tita - I agree it's a bit of a process but useful to keeping a Word or Excel file versioning in tact. Before starting, do you have the Companion app installed? Once installed, you'll need to have the Attachment macro on the page with the Word document attached. With the file attached to the page you should…

Welcome to this awesome community @Şeyma Yıldız

With transitioning to remote, it can be tough those maintain those meaningful connections we had when we were all in the office (i.e. the hallway encounters when going between meetings, etc.). While the videoconference calls are great, they still don't bring that more personable touch that we use to have. We enjoy the…

Hello @[deleted] Advanced Roadmaps is only available for those with Jira Software Premium. I see you have your product plan listed as "Standard". If your environment is set up with Premium features, you'll be able to leverage Advanced Roadmaps by way of the toolbar at the top. I've provided a link below to more details on…

Hello @Parvathy Manishanker davey - The Atlassian University is a great starting point as it provides great insight into the various certifications and learning paths (to include Jira Administrator)
-
Hello @kwicker I believe the only missing criteria you'll need to add to your JQL is Resolution = "Unresolved". With this addition, you will filter out all the linked issues that are blocked and resolved.
-
Hello @robyn.graham It appears there was an issue and Atlassian is working on a fix. I've provided a link below to the ticket for tracking: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-73076

Hello @Jillian Marabut - I think this article will help you configure the proper settings for your platform. Configure Email Notifications | Atlassian Support
-
Hello @Phil Burke - you are only able to assign a ticket to a single user but you are able to add others at Watchers. By being a watcher, these users are notified of any activity that is performed on the ticket (as outlined in the project notification settings for the Watcher role). Also, when making comments in the…

Thank you @Andy - PTC Redundant - it was at that moment I recognized the power in being a project manager and committed to using it for the good of the project (and occasionally mischief) 😉

Ooh I love this one! 😄 So yesterday was the last meeting of a 2-year global project (perfect timing for it to fall on April 1). At the start of the meeting, I welcomed everyone into the call and then "forgot" to start my screen share for the agenda - I just wanted to make sure I got all the team members in the call before…

Hello @hristo.iliev For cloud products, Atlassian doesn’t use versions because they are constantly updating features across their suite of tools. For more information on what’s been rolled out and what’s to come, you can check out their Atlassian Cloud Documentation
-
Hello @Pamela Peacock - it's great to see you want to learn the ways of Jira 🙂 The best place to start would be the Atlassian University that has a series of on-demand/virtual/and on-site courses you and members of your team can take. I found a course "Get Going with Jira Next Gen Projects" which consists of 7 tutorials…
-
Hello @Tanya Maslach - it's possible to migrate from one service tracker to Jira. However, I don't want to say it's simple because that may depend on the data in your current tool 🙂 From a high-level process, you can export data to a comma-separated value (CSV) file and then import that file into your Jira Cloud…
