@John Funk - I agree! The energy a drum line brings to a band is incredible! 🥁

When I studied percussion performance in university, I really enjoyed the steel pan 😄 It's such a fascinating instrument with such a great sound! For the community's enjoyment, I managed to find this gem from back in 2012 of our spring performance. Hope it brings positive vibes and also introduces you to the sounds of a…

@Bill_P - I see your point and would also raise it as a phishing risk because, by default, users can't see URL.
-
Hello @Bill_P I couldn't locate why this feature is introduced for unknown external links. I've done some digging in the community and may have found two useful articles that provide more context on Smart Links: Smart Links, a richer way to hyperlink (June 30, 2020) Loads of awesome new Smart Links now available in…

Thanks! @Trudy P Claspill 🙂 Happy we were able to share the knowledge!

I have a great bench tucked away in a park nearby my apartment that is perfect on spring/summer day ☀️

We are excited to see you at the event @Taranjeet Singh ! 🙂

What an awesome challenge and great way of getting teams back on track and working effectively! Our team is taking its first steps towards "No Meetings" Wednesdays. As a project manager, my belief is always "if you're in a meeting with me, you aren't able to do the work needed to keep the project moving" 🙂 Not that I don't…

Thank you so much for a great presentation! Your walkthrough of all 7 templates was super clear and while I don't have a question, I did want to take this opportunity to share my big takeaway 🙂 The approach for building out agendas with encouraging members of the team to take initiative and add topics they would like…
-
Awesome session @Chase Wilson - it was great to see the approach your team used to roll out Jira Work Management! I really like how you broke down the entire process and gave us a look into the framework - we'll be sure to adopt some of those practices internally. I was intrigued with your team's pivot from a Triad…

Hello @Rodney Chan - I think the best screen for you to run those types of searches is through the Filter screen 🙂 There you can set all sorts of parameters to get exactly what you are looking for. There is the basic search which allows you to leverage drop down and then an advanced search where you can use JQL to write…

Hello @Bill_P and @Embher Chaffin - after doing some digging it appears it's not possible to turn off this feature yet. I have found an open support ticket for your awareness and tracking: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-72429?attachmentViewMode=gallery I hope this gives a bit more clarity into the current state…

Welcome to the community and thank you for sharing such awesome photos!! 😄
-
Hello @Bill_P - I might need a bit more context behind where you are putting these inline links but I'm guessing you are referring to URLs you put into comments. It's possible to change the how the links are shown by clicking on the link in the edit window and using the "Display URL" format rather than "Display inline"…
-
Looks like you are set up for success 🙂 Keeping the configuration for workflows and fields as simple as possible with go great lengths down the road. Good luck to you and your team on your new project! 🍀
-
Hello @Sarah Chapman - it’s great you are thinking this out now because it will save so much rework down the road!! At onset, I would say go with Option 2 because bullet 3 in Option 1 seems like it will get tedious down the road (it’s always good practice to minimize risk duplication from the start). Plus you can still use…
-
Hello @Dave LIAO and @Madeleine Glover apologies for the delayed response 🙂 I agree @Dave LIAO with all the optimism of a new project and idea of rolling out something exciting for our teams, there were times where a traditional charter was overlooked and work just started - this rarely happens now that the project poster…

Thank you for looping back @Jim Recker and happy to see you found resolution and a path forward! If you’re good with this, please accept the answer so other members of the community have the latest info for when they are troubleshooting 🙂
-
Hello @Jim Recker can you provide an outline of the steps you're taking to pull get to the Meeting Notes template? Once I have a sense of how the error is being generated, we can get closer to identifying a root cause. Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂
-
That's right @Dave LIAO - after one of these it was a sugar crash for me. It's a shame they only had these available temporarily (well, maybe it's a good thing 😉)

This is great! Check it out @Dileep Bhat @Kapil Samadhiya and @Madhusudhan Matrubai

I'm with you @John Funk - I can't through away a doughnut and this piece of art you are shared it just incredible!
-
Krispy Kreme had a special going on for a while with these Oreo "Over the Top" doughnuts. I had one and it was....amazing. The photos don't do it justice but I need to share with the community what art looks like in doughnut form 😄

In order to associate a status to a project you need to attribute to the workflow that is associated with that project.
-
If you are referring to Company Managed projects, you can set/configure statuses for projects by going to Settings Icon at the top right --> Issues. Under "Issue Attributes" you'll see a section for "Statuses".
-
Hello @Michael P Prinske - I'm in the same boat as you! I've done some digging on my own in the past and couldn't find a way of making these URLs more reader friendly without needing to manually adjust the hyperlink.
-
@abi.anderson - just wanted to touch base and see if we were able to answer your question!
-
Ah perfect! I'm happy to hear it's sorted out for your production environment and we got it configured properly. To keep our Community informed, would you be able to accept this answer? 🙂
-
I don't believe there should be any load time issues. Have you tried refreshing the Kanban board and making sure one of the cards has a linked issue?
-
Hello @ehaberman for Company Managed projects (this feature is not available in Team Managed projects yet), it's possible to display the issue key for linked issues on the card - screenshot provided below for reference. However, it won't signify what type of link it is (e.g. Relates To, Blocks, etc.). To add this, go to…
