Hi @Karthick you can achieve this through scripting. I think you would be better off pushing to github first then triggering off a scripted build job that publishes to Confluence instead of the other way around.
-
Hi @Karthick trying to understand the ask. Are you asking is there a way to commit and push documents published in Confluence to GitHub? Just asking because normally you would want things promoted in your version control system (GitHub) before pushing it anywhere and not the other way around.

Hi @Nurmukhamet if you don't want to test for timespent as per the other post suggested by @Charlie Misonne (that will work by the way) your only other option is a scripted validator and this is only providing that you have a scripting language plugin like scriptrunner.

Hi @Aimee Quinn not sure about template, you need to write a user macro. Here's a repo in github that has a bunch of great examples of how to do that. The Risk Matrix macro is a perfect example of building a table using a macro.
-
Change the necessary variables. Put code in the scriptrunner console and execute. Once you get it to where you are satisfied then set it up to run as a job in scriptrunner on your desired intervals based off a CRON expression (examples exist in the job config).
-
The imports are based on my needs so you can probably trim them down considerably, remove and test etc. You need to set your own parameters for an issue(to work in script console) your projects, your confluence URL, your confluence space key, your confluence page, page ancestor ID, fixVersion... I tried to put comments…

Give me a little time I have to head to the office, I'll send you some script examples once I'm there.
-
Hi @Kai as far as I'm aware you'll lose no functionality. Someone else might want to weigh in here if they know something I don't.
-
Hi @Eric Roetenberg it's your OR clause. put the last two statements into brackets. re: AND (resolved >= 2023-10-02 or resolved is EMPTY)
-
Hi @Vinay Sharma quick question do you have any scripting tools available to you? This can be accomplished via one of those re: scriptrunner.
-
Hi @Kai welcome to the community. You can add it to the filter query for the board Ex: project in (a,b,c,d)
-
@Ahmed Magdy good news, what do you mean by the group by?
-
Hi @MAKSIM BORISOV when does this happen?

Hi @Amin Pazhohesh the only way to know who deleted the plan would be to ask the Jira Admin to review the logs. As for controlling who can do what in Plans there are Permissions that can be set.
-
Hi @Martyn _admin_ welcome to the community. Here's a page for review.
-
Hi @Blanca Lopez welcome to the community. From what I'm reading here you can define the fields you wish to sync between the two systems.
-
Hi @adeyemi.aderoju welcome to the community. If this is a single node non clustered instance it's a simple license swap.
-
Out of the box jira won't give you those details. Do you have any add-ons that provide issue functions for jql queries. re: scriptrunner The below example is using an issuefunction provided from the scriptrunner add-on. issueFunction in issuesInEpics("project = SFCR AND component = DMS AND \"Epic Status\" != New")
-
Hi @Kaan Coskun welcome to the community. Your 'not in(status != New) is invalid. Using the not in you list the statuses re: status not in(New,"To Do",Open)
-
Hi @Max this can be done, but can you be a little more clear on the ask. Why would a reporter change?
-
None that I'm aware of, someone else might know though. :)

Hi @[deleted] Have a look at this <a href="https://mraddon.blog/2021/07/26/rest-endpoint-to-reset-captcha-of-users-in-jira-server-using-scriptrunner/" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">post</a>.

Hi @Matt Clarke welcome to the community. It will take some work effort but this can be achieved. SNOW has a Jira app that allows you to integrate the two systems. Another way you can achieve this is via scripts groovy on the jira side java script on the SNOW side and a mid-server between.
