Sorry @Neelufar Shaik I do not. I've not used it in a couple years now, and that was at a different client. However I have used it many times over the years, just no need for it now. The one pain that I remember was the necessary clean up for users and groups, but it was easy enough to do since the contents of the export…

Hi @Sandhiya P welcome to the community. We just did this same upgrade with no pains. Just make sure you update any plugins before you do. One notable issue is the reset of the gadgets / macros with Confluence -> this is no longer supported as the gadget feed has been removed. Just follow the steps for upgrading, make sure…

Hi @rafael praciano pereira welcome to the community. Yes you can easily do this. Create an Automation with a trigger of scheduled.

This tool here: I've found that you'll have to do some cleanup on the exported file before importing. For users/groups etc. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Hi @anette.modee welcome to the community. There are a number of things that could be considered other then just adding you to a project. Are there project roles? What are the permission schemes? Do you need to be added to an internal Jira group. There's a lot of variables here.
-
Hi @Heyjin welcome to the community. You cannot do this natively with Jira, you might want to look at the marketplace for an add-on. You can share the Dashboard with a single user

I forget the year. A neighbor childhood friend ran into our bedroom waking both me and my brother telling us we had a colour television. My let down is still felt.

Hi @Admin welcome to the community. If you can't publish code outside of your company then integrating your code system to a cloud based issue tracking system would publish that code information outside the company. Are you sure this is what you want to do?

Hi @Luca Tanieli welcome to the community. Quick question do you have Scriptrunner installed in your instance? It has a compare function for dates.
-
That's a bit confusing since under the hood the two sprints should have different internal id's.
-
Hi @Elliot Manuel welcome to the community. Sub-Tasks are child issues and must be created off of standard issue types.

Probably, user macros are written at the admin level. Talk to your admin about your requirements they may have recommendations or help with a solution.

I've read this page a half dozen times now. Kudos won't give me the recognition of doing that, so I'm commenting again. Also my vote came from this page.
-
Hi @Hassan Zerda welcome to the community. Since you are on DC you can write your own user macros. I would recommend you look into doing this to satisfy your requirements. Writing User Macros

I've made my choice.

Adding comment I've already read and voted.

A tough choice.

I voted.

You can always check the audit log. You'll need your admin to check for that. It'll tell you what happend.
-
Hi @Ismail Sanni check the filters on the boards and see if they reference anything outside of the respective projects.
-
Hi @Stephan Gruzinski welcome to the community. Since this is happening on Edit I'd say there's probably some default value on the resolution field (probably none) was more then likely put there as a suggestion to remove the none values in select lists, remove this if it's there. The other thing you might want to look at…

Hi @Priyansh Dhanwani welcome to the community. Keys are based on the project and not the issue type.
-
Hi @Jaime Arturo welcome to the community. You should always create a feature branch for your issue, unless of course you already have a working branch for that issue. The point of putting the jira id into the commit is that build/deployment tools read the commit change log from git and pick the issue keys from that and…

Hi @jira_admin_cu scriptrunner could handle this with a custom scripted validator you could probably even put it into a screen behaviour and address the validation before the end user hits submit(create/update) on the issue.
-
You could make this a little cleaner. ((issuetype in (Dependency, Feature) AND Priority = "High") OR issuetype=Risk) AND project in (One, Two)
-
Hi @Chacha20 project in (One, Two) AND (issuetype in (Dependency, Feature) AND Priority = "High") OR project in (One, Two) AND issuetype=Risk

Hi @Roman Guevarra welcome to the community. Header is all wrong. Here's an example from the Adaptavist Library

Check to see if you are in the jira-software-users group. Sounds crazy but this has resolved users in my DC instance that couldn't find or @ mention other users.

Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P what is the transition condition? Is it based on a group or role? If yes then add the automation actor to that group or role.
