Hi @Jean Philippe Plaza welcome to the community. One thing you can maybe try is installing the Source Code macro. This gives you the ability to open the source of the page while in edit mode. Copy/Paste from there will bring all formatting.

Hi @manish a there's a great webinar explaining the dependencies with Jira and Jira Align. Here's the page.

Hi @Admin OKZT an Epic cannot be a child of an Epic. Assign some issues to your Epics you'll see the difference.
-
See above from @Rodrigo Bozza _Atlassian_

Hi @Justin Hui automation is an admin feature available in Confluence Premium and Enterprise. Here's a page.

No worries this happens. Look at it this way -> it's not a swim 'lane' if there is no requirement for it to be one, all work is contained on the ticket itself.
-
Hi @MLV welcome to the community. Add a sub-task to one of the stories that are in Other issues.
-
Hi @Pavan as mentioned you should use a developer license for your test instance. Go to My Atlassian -> Licenses -> Open the License, you'll see view developer license as a link, click that copy/paste into your test instance.

Hi @apoage welcome to the community. For Cloning have a look at this post. For managing dates have a look at this one. If you're still struggling after trying parts of or modifications of these please send a screenshot with your attempts so that we can help guide you through to a solution.

Hi @Faisal Mohammed I don't think so. The point is this. Templates drive the creation of the pages based on their format. They do not drive edits to that page so they do not keep a record of the pages that were created. For a plugin like this to work the template would have to keep a record of each page created id. That…

Hi @Andras M this discussion will cover the ability to add an issue to the open sprint in Automations.
-
Hi @Diana Remache welcome to the community. You could simply add the same fixVersion to the issues you also wish to include in your Release.
-
Hi @Faisal Mohammed welcome to the community. No pages created before the template change will not be updated when the template is modified.

Hi @Martin Why use the search? Confluence has analytics at the admin level, this report allows you to set dates and will gives you the ability to export the results to a csv file. It will show newly created pages as well as some other metrics.

Hi @shivani.shirguppi welcome to the community. As mentioned create a service account. In your permission scheme only allow that user to create issues. Or... On your workflows you can put a condition in the create transition to only allow this user to create the issue. There are a few different ways you could handle this…

Hi @Ēriks welcome to the community. You could use this the Spaces List macro.
-
You're welcome wish it was an actual solution.

Hi @Swetha Reddy do you have any plugins available to you for automations or scripting?
-
Sorry, none that I can think of or am aware of. Maybe someone else might know of some other way.
-
Hi @k.vijaya.lakshmi this is not out of the box behavior. You would need a plugin from the Marketplace, something like scriptrunner.
-
Hi @Madhuri Latha BhumiReddy please explain a bit more. Are you trying to create a quick filter? The drop down is the confusing part of you ask, what are you trying to do with a drop down?
-
Hi @Deepak Kumar welcome to the community. There's lots of resources for training. There's a Youtube Channel and then there's the Atlassian University.
-
Hi @Eric Roetenberg as mentioned this is not a feature. Perhaps you can adopt a naming convention for your filters that will assist in this.
-
Hi @Yaswani.Krishnan welcome to the community. I'm not exactly sure what is your question. Jira is used in many ways by many different organizations across all kinds of industries.
-
Hi @Filipa Carvalho welcome to the community. As mentioned you can mark the ticket Done from the backlog status is not tied to the sprints. The tickets that moved to sprint 6 that you don't in there simply pull them out of the sprint an into your backlog then mark them as Done.
-
Hi @olgaf_gmx_de welcome to the community. You can include an AND clause to your jql. issuefunction in hasLinkType("blocks") AND issuetype = Story.
-
Hi @Julie moyaux welcome to the community. Which version of Jira are you running? If you are running Jira Data Center you could build out an automation rule that could perform this. And as already suggested if you have scriptrunner you get expanded jql functions that will easily suite the above requirements that out of the…
