Hi @Alex Kiselev _Itransition_ can you please provide a screenshot.
-
Hi @Tobias Rettensteiner jira doesn't work that way. At least not that I am aware of.
-
Hi @anjali s can you please provide more details.
-
Hi @Rahul you could use the two dimensional gadget and build a query using timespent
-
Hi @eva.huele welcome to the community. Have you reviewed this app?
-
Hi @musienko71 sorry there is no built in option that I am aware of. Maybe someone else knows something I don't.
-
Hi @musienko71 welcome to the community. Are your DC instances clustered nodes? or separate instances? There are apps available that I've used in the past to move projects from pre-prod to prod, check the marketplace. Another thing that you could do is to create application links between the instances allowing you to…

Scriptrunner. Sure it's automation, it's also an admins best friend.
-
Great timing!

Let's get appy

Hi @Len Hoffman you sure can do this. Have your Jira or Confluence admin setup an application link between the two systems. You can also ask them to setup a macro feed in Confluence to get to the dashboard gadgets in Jira as macros in Confluence. In Confluence you'll see there are Macros for Jira/Jira Reports.

All the tools in our delivery pipeline are in house self hosted. This was the decision made by the team responsible for those tools. Moving the issue tracker into the Cloud made no sense while the rest of the systems are all in house. That was about 1 year ago, so for the past year all focus has been put into making DC…

Hi @Pavan it is not necessary to upgrade/update the plugins before you upgrade the server. You do not need to stop Confluence to update a plugin. You do need to stop Confluence before you upgrade the server.

Hi @Paola Jafrancesco welcome to the community. If you base your swimlanes on Stories the sub-tasks will show. Another solution would be to include them in your filter query for the board. Swimlanes based on stories is easier :)

If you don't want the download action, you could publish the video as a video onto another page and in the page you wish to only show a link point the link to the video page.
-
Hi @Aura Hill how are you attaching the video to the page? Is it using the attachments macro? Are you uploading in Edit mode?
-
Hi @Sara Bardají welcome to the community. You could base your validator on a query. re: issue.property[development].commits > 0
-
Thanks @Bill Sheboy
-
They are but there's scaling considerations when on other offerings.
-
Hi @Zahin Hassan welcome to the community. I'd suggest you put this on the Create Transition of the Sub-Task as a post function. You could also write an automation providing you are using Data Center or Cloud Enterprise.
-
Hi @Eric Roetenberg Top right hand corner, "Review Changes" this will allow you to review the changes you made and push them back to Jira.
-
Hi that was an example. There's no out of the box Sum of all time spent. You could create a custom field to handle something like that. Or possibly setup up a dashboard gadget to reflect the totals. For jql here's a page for your reference.
-
You could make this easier on yourself if you align your team members into roles within the projects you are gathering reports for. That way you could write a subscription filter something like. project = xxxx and assignee in(ROLE1,ROLE2,ROLE3) and timespent < 40h ORDER BY assingee

Wow, great answers so far. So many saying the same things I'm thinking, sure makes a person feel like they're not alone. And that on top of never stop learning is my point. You are never alone, reach out, ask, ask, ask, ask. A Tree Should Be Planted For This.
-
Hi @Anónimo welcome to the community. Yes you could do this. An email automation based on a query of timespent < 40h or whatever value you desire.
-
Hi @Jean Christenson welcome to the community. It has been my experience that the second PM is correct. The purpose of the Due Date is to reflect desired completion of the issue and not a completion of a transition to a new status(stage as you called it above). You could design something to reflect a status(stage)…
-
Hi @David Scheijgrond welcome to the community. Are you referring to adding an attachment to an issue after creation? It would also help if you could tell us the product and hosting type.
-
Use sections/columns macros to set your layout.
-
There's a source editor add-on that's free. Confluence Source Editor if you can install this it will give you the ability to view the code behind the page. That might give you a better indication of what's going on here.

I'm so close to the end of the job run. My next big wish career wise is a retirement party.
