Hello @Fahad Mubarik ! Which level of certification you should pursue depends on the role you will play with Jira. Atlassian Certified Associate exams are geared toward using Jira and its features such as Software Boards. Atlassian Certified Professional exams such as ACP-120 are geared toward administration of Jira. Hope…

Love the return of this! Let's get liking!

Let's start with whoever wants to help the team continuously improve (architects, PO, etc) should be going to the retrospective. There shouldn't be a need to have a "separate" meeting. This would then apply to all your scrum teams.

1. Yes, each commit would consume storage as you outlined. 2. Here's the link with instructions on purchasing additional storage. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-your-plan-and-billing/

Hi @G_ W_ ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have a look at this if all you're doing is just repo data. https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/git-move-repository Here's more information on Git LFS. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-large-files-with-git-large-file-storage-lfs/

Hi @Stijn Geukens ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I think your best option is to go to my.atlassian.com and acquire a trial Data Center license. Apply the DC license to your Server instance. Now that your Server(now DC instance) is upgradable, upgrade Jira and Project Configurator so you can export the project and…

Maybe it's best for you to explain how you operate your sprints. Who (as in roles) is on your team, full-time and part-time? They should be in the retrospective. The idea of the retrospective is to evaluate how the entire team performed during the sprint. What went well for the team, what didn't go well, and what…
-
Wait, why is the PO left out of the retrospective? Aren't they a part of the team?

Hi @Bala Arjun K P ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The short answer to this question is "not exactly". The git repo data will migrate over easily. Where BCMA really helps is migrating the pull request data that's in the database.

Take a look at these articles. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-a-knowledge-base-so-customers-can-serve-themselves/

What a session! I learned possible uses for Atlassian Intelligence in testing and reviewing code.

People that are Agents (occupy JSM licenses) are able to raise requests on behalf of other users. Customers can raise issues only on behalf of themselves.
-
Hi Rob. Yes, one of the things that you do in this situation is set up a free Confluence plan and connect it to your JSM project(s). Your 200 agents can create KB articles and view those articles from within JSM.

Hi @Andrea F ! On the board you want to move, go to its settings from the "More Options" pull down of the board. From there, in the Workspace section, select the new workspace for the board. Hope this helps!

Hello @Caroline_Muon ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It is possible. If you're a Jira Administrator you can set up email handlers to do exactly what you're describing. Documentation for setting up an email handler follows.…

Hello @Nikolia Sokhan ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What I see from the URLs you are showing is that your JSM project is on the tvbet.atlassian.net Cloud site. If your company also has the betcore.atlassian.net cloud site you would need to move the JSM project from the tvbet site to the betcore site.
-
You can think of projects in JPD as team-managed projects. As such, company-managed Permission Schemes won't apply to them.

Hi @Walter Buggenhout ! There are approvals available in JWM/Jira, but these are only for team-managed projects. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-are-approvals/

As far as I know, setting up Approvals for company-managed projects in Jira Work Management/Jira is not available yet.

Glad to hear! If what I said worked, please mark the question as Answered.

Hi @JUWON KANG ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you haven't accessed your Confluence site in over 120 days, it may have been deactivated. Yes, you can use Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) to migrate plans from Data Center to Cloud. There may be adjustments that have to be made. These are described in the following KB article. https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/migrate-advanced-roadmaps-plans/

According to the configuration page for the Confluence product admin, once whiteboards are enabled, they cannot be globally disabled. You'd have to lock out access space by space.
