Usually in most places I've seen, Jira is integrated with the overall CI/CD pipeline as implemented by Jenkins or Git-related tools (think GitLab pipelines, Bitbucket pipelines, or GitHub Actions). That way, the work change is associated with the overall build/deploy process. Terraform is typically a stage of the…

Congrats, @Rob Horan ! I knew you could do it! ;-)
-
Hello @ANANDAN MARIAPPAN ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you elaborate on the use case(s)? I usually don't associate what Terraform does with Jira.
-
Hello @Suresh ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! Have a look at the following article. If you really need to do this manually, take a look at method 2. https://chamodshehanka.medium.com/source-repository-migration-from-gitlab-to-github-37075befb7ec

According to the information about the exam and badge, passing is a 73%. https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/1105866-jira-governance-housekeeping-skillbuilder-course-description

You're welcome. Although upgrading is not a required step for migration, (JCMA works with Jira versions as far back as 7.6), it really can't hurt.
-
Hi @Bill Beard ! Here's the Jira upgrade documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrading-jira-applications-938846936.html You should be able to directly upgrade to 9.0 or 9.4 without going through intermediate upgrades. Note what database and JRE you're on (but this is in the documentation). Good…

Just to elaborate: is this for Jira or Trello?
-
So, what I hear is that you want to establish the following hierarchy: 1. Initiative 2. Epic 3. Story 4. Subtask You can establish this in Advanced Roadmaps and associate that hierarchy to a plan so the work and progress are visible.
-
That does look like Advanced Roadmaps. You should follow the documentation both @Trudy P Claspill and I supplied.

Hello @R Far ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! According to Atlassian's EOL policy, (link below), Fisheye and Crucible are in maintenance mode until Feb 2023. After Feb, your guess is as good as mine! https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html

Hello @Melissa Klein ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Instructions for setting up the custom hierarchy in Advanced Roadmaps follow: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/

Just like @John Funk I played with variations of tag including freeze tag (team with a home base; when you were tagged you stood there until a team member touched you).
-
Amazing, @Jimmy Seddon ! I forgot so much happened!

happy to help!

Hello @Tom langton ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What you want to do is set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in JSM. For each of your issues, you want two SLAs: Time to 1st Response, Time to Resolve. Your SLA goals are going to be based on the Severity (P1 vs P3), which the SLA will differentiate through JQL.…

Hello @Aykan Inal ! I'm assuming you mean Microsoft Teams. You'll have to add a Marketplace app to integrate Jira with Microsoft Teams. You can start your search here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=microsoft%20teams
-
Can you show screenshots of the two boards and settings? It's tough to help from hearing vague descriptions.
-
Hello @Kavitha Reddy ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are both boards using the same board filter?

How did you install mono? Did you use the following? sudo apt install mono-devel If you did, that works for Windows code you have to compile. I think you have to install mono this way: sudo apt install mono-complete

What are the permissions for Discovery.exe? Can you run "ls -l" on the directory and show the output?
-
Hi @Cami Jara This looks like your Discovery_3 directory is not in your PATH. What happens if you type the following from that Discovery_3 directory? mono ./Discovery.exe -s
-
Hello @Rebecca Matthews ! Are you on the cloud version of Jira? (URL will end with "atlassian.net"). If so, you should probably submit a support ticket if you're on the Standard or Premium plan. If not, your Jira instance is maintained by your company. You then should talk to IT.
-
When you configure the schema, go to the Roles tab
-
It works for me on my sandbox. I wonder if it's a permissions issue on the reference object schema.

Hello! I'm new to this group, but not to JSM. How long have you been using Jira Service Management? My experience with JSM started when I worked as an Atlassian engineer for a Solutions partner in 2018. Have a special or unique use case for JSM? (If you do, you should submit your use case here for a chance to win.) I…

Hello! I'm new to the group, but not to Jira! When did you first time find out about Jira? I've known about Jira since 2016. I've used IBM Rational tools (ClearQuest, Rational Team Concert) before then. Where are you in the process of adopting Jira? Only considering it or already implemented and looking for some extension?…

Hello @Tabrez Siddiqui ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Upgrading fron Bitbucket Server to Data Center can be as simple as installing a Data Center license on your existing server. Instructions follow: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/upgrade-from-bitbucket-server-to-bitbucket-data-center-996641211.html
-
Access to Insight/Assets depends on the type of license you add to your new or existing JSM installations. If you add a Data Center license, you get to use Insight.

So, what shows up when you expand on the pulldown?
