You're welcome. I hope it all worked out.

I'd say on your staging server, uninstall Proforma Lite and install full Proforma. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215833/proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

Hi @Roberta Day ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you're the site admin, go to the https://admin.atlassian.com URL and add them to the "site-admins" group https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/

Hello @Robert S_ Smith ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm a little confused. You've checked JSM Cloud Premium which should have Proforma (aka Forms) under JSM, even when you create a JSM sandbox. You're showing version numbers which suggest to me you're using Server or Data Center? Are you on Cloud or Server/Data…

The one plugin I know that is almost universal for any git-based server tool is Git Integration for Jira that is created by the Gitkraken folks. Its Marketplace listing is below. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4984/git-integration-for-jira-github-gitlab-and-more?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

So, it looks like from the Audit Log that the automation was triggered for CYBER23-367. The condition (Issue condition) didn't match, which probably means that the issue type wasn't Sub-task. Do you have several issue types defined as subtask issue types?
-
There should be some solutions there, including the one recommended by @jennifer.dempsey_Appfire .

Hello @jiminy glick ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To connect Jira with Azure DevOps, you'll need to obtain an integration add-on, available on the Jira side through the Atlassian Marketplace. What follows is a link to the Atlassian Marketplace, with a query set to "Azure DevOps".…

Glad you found the root cause! Please mark the question as "answered" if it solved your problem.

Hello @Jasmine Gardiner ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is it just images or does it affect other file types? The reason I ask is that there are permissions of whether you can attach files in a project.
-
@Peter Aldana , as far as I know, it's one portal per project.
-
Actually, the second part of the doc, "Adding manually..." doesn't require Atlassian Access.
-
Have you looked at adding customers to the IT project in bulk? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-customers-in-bulk-to-your-service-project/
-
So, on Cloud, Advanced Roadmaps is part of the Premium price. No extra fees. For each member of a team, you can specify how much individual capacity they can devote to the team. That's how you deal with members on multiple teams/projects.
-
Could you provide some context as to what operation you were performing?

Hello @Yasha Divsalar ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Jira Work Management is a product that is available on the Atlassian Cloud only. As of last year, Atlassian is selling Data Center and Cloud licenses only and is not selling Server licenses in anticipation of the end-of-life of all Server products in February.
-
Hello @Lauren Mosteller ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! According to its Marketplace listing, it is only for Server/Data Center https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211259/budgets-by-tempo?hosting=datacenter&tab=versions
-
Hello @Julia Monich ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Because Advanced Roadmaps is bundled with Jira Software Premium, the answer is "yes"

If you're doing atlas-run, your application should be showing up on http://localhost:8080 (if Jira) or http://localhost:8090 (for Confluence). What you're showing us looks like log output that is copied onto stdio. You're not going to know if your program succeeded by terminal output.

Resolution only allows for a single value to be selected. Also, it really should be set by post-function, or manually via transition screen. Doing both gets the finicky behavior you're observing. Hope this helps.
-
Yeah, doesn't look like you can do that, according to this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Is-it-possible-to-disable-team-calendar-entirely-in-my/qaq-p/772208 You should probably upvote the feature request mentioned. Thanks!

I got approval to go to SAFe Summit....next year. Unfortunately I won't be able to see you and all the friends (on the Atlassian side and the SAFe side) until next year.
-
I really believe that normally your workflow is driving your approval process. It sounds like the approval is required at Waiting for Support (the approval step). The approval configuration should be part of that status where it performs a transition based on approval or denial. As far as why it works 99% of the time, I…

Sorry. Forgot to mention to click on the Edit sidebar tab on the right. You should then be able to see the switches. That should let you deselect Calendars.
-
Hello @Daniela Gerber Wong ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Go to Space Settings on the sidebar and then select Manage Space. On the area on the right, deselect Calendars
-
Can you provide more details? Is the Gantt chart provided by an Atlassian Marketplace app? Can you attach a screenshot of the error?
-
Hello @Aysel Çetin ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You have to find the Confluence administrator in your organization and request Space administrator privileges.
-
Hello @Indra Smrita Banerjee ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you go to https://start.atlassian.com you should be able to see all sites you have access to.
-
Hello @Flaviu Dan ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To make a field read-only, you have to have a screen of the issue type(s) that is used only for viewing (versus editing and creating) and apply that field only on that screen.

This log is showing the same message roughly every hour. Is this actually preventing your simulated application from running?
