This is what a required field would look like on a field configuration
-
If you're on a company-managed project, you would look at the field configuration whose scheme is associated with your project (gear icon->issues->field configuration). Find those fields that are required. Make sure the required fields are visible in your Request Form. If you've never seen this before, you may need to find…

Hello @Mostafa Hamza ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To connect between your JSM Data Center and your Bitbucket Cloud, you need to set up an Application Tunnel. Documentation for doing so is in the following link. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-are-application-tunnels/

Hello @Mahdi CHIHAB ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The billing is going to vary with the tier of Jira Software Cloud you purchase. If you're looking at Jira Premium, you'd set up two organizations (one instance per site) and receive two bills. For site A: Jira Premium for (X+Y) users For site B: Jira Premium for…

Is this on just this project or other projects? I'm leaning on a field that is marked required on the project's field configuration that is not on the request form. I would check that out.

AWESOME topic! The one thing I really miss since "cutting cable" and relying on streaming exclusively is sports. Because this year's Super Bowl was streamed on Paramount Plus, I got to enjoy the festivities! I wasn't really rooting for either team, I usually hope for a well-fought contest that keeps my interest throughout…

Here is the documentation. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-columns/ A project admin or the board admin can configure the columns on a board.

Let me see if I answer your questions. 1. Any workflow changes will affect ALL issue types associated as defined by the workflow schemes. In fact, if the changes involve removing statuses, it will prompt you to remap the removed statuses. It will be similar on team-managed projects. 2.You need to go to the configuration of…

Hello @Drew Montagna ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, on business-managed projects, if you change a workflow the changes apply to all projects that use that workflow. This could happen with multiple projects using the same workflow scheme or each project on separate workflow schemes that have the same workflow in…

Registered! It's going to be so AWESOME!

So, can I ask how you are trying to start Jira?
-
Do you have output from Catalina.out? That may provide a clue.

The only use case I have found for using Service as opposed to making your own through Assets objects is whether or not you are using Change Management in your ITSM project. Features such as conflict detection for changes exclusively use Service.

APB-220 is one of the Pro Skills Badge exams. Those have been discontinued since Feb 2. There should be something taking its place sometime in July.

I echo what @Jack Brickey said , but in addition to that, if you do feel that the email is a phishing attempt, you should forward it to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse

Having just taken the Governance and Housekeeping badge class, this offers some really good "next steps"!

Not that I know of.

Hi @Ana Magaly Reyes I see two options for Jira and Confluence: 1. manually using the site backup functionality 2. Using a Marketplace App. Options are included in this Atlassian Marketplace query https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=backup As far as app data (like Tempo) is concerned, there's no current way that…

Alas, we're mostly US. But take a look at the partner directory. You should be able to search by region/country.

Hello @Nick Gibson ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The professional services Atlassian provides usually come at the Enterprise level. If you're not at 1000+ licenses, you may want to look at talking to a Solutions Partner. Atlassian's partner directory is at https://www.atlassian.com/partners (FULL DISCLOSURE: I work…

Hello Peter: Resolutions are independent of the workflow. They can get set when moving an Issue to Done manually through a Transition Screen, or automatically through a workflow post-function or automation. If you're trying to have one workflow for your individual issue types, your best bet may be to create an automation…

You're welcome. If you feel that the answer I gave was correct or accurate, please don't hesitate to mark it as Accepted.

Hello @Garret Zhang I'm guessing that you want to look at the description of the fix version (release), not an issue description. For this, you'll probably have to use smart values, more specifically, {{version.description}} Documentation for smart values…

Hello @alix ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The closest we could determine is that this was some sort of bug. Are you able to contact Atlassian Support, or are you on the free plan?

Trello access is not included with Jira Service Management enterprise. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing

Hello @Arnaud Sautaux ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Exporting to markdown is not native to Confluence. You have to install a Marketplace app to do it. Here's a list of apps based on a query I did https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=markdown

If you're a project admin or Jira admin, you should be able to go to your project's Project Settings section in the sidebar. From there, you should be able to see Automation as shown below.

Hi @MQZ-M. Iqbal Rizaldi ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you looked at using Automation? The action you want to perform would be to send a web request. Details are here. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/issue-data-automation-format-payload-for-send-web-request/
