Hello @Jim Sales ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Company Hub is a feature for Premium and Enterprise. If you're not on those plans, following through on those clicks will put you in a 30-day trial for Premium and move you to Premium if you don't downgrade in those 30 days.

Hi @Kaitlin Madsen ! This is my experience after playing a bit with the approvals in team-managed Jira business projects. JSM had more flexibility in deciding how your approvers were defined and how many were needed to approve.
-
Hi @Amanda Gray ! Any reason why you have one workflow for all types of requests? You could associate one issue type (with approval workflow) to access requests, and a different issue type ( without an approval workflow ) for the other type of requests. As far as this automation is concerned, I probably need to see the…

Join me and @Andy Gladstone for this thrilling episode. I may even do this from a SPECIAL location!

The impact is only on user access.

Hi @Shivalika Sharma I would skip trying to get the server logs. I think that's a relic from the Server/DC code. I think opening a support request with Atlassian Support is your best bet.

Hi @CrazySpy ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Generally you use Recovery Mode to set a new admin password if you've forgotten the admin password. But as far as recovery_admin not able to see anything after authentication, what does the main atlassian-jira.log show?

I'm glad it helped! Please feel free to mark this question as solved.
-
Hi @Lisa Rockhill If you're a Jira Admin, go to the Admin settings (cog icon) and select Issues Select Priority Schemes from the sidebar Click Add Priority Scheme on the page that appears. This will open a modal that will have you name the priority scheme, add priorities, and associate with projects Hope this helps

It's 2 business days.
-
Hello @amreshprasad ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I've summoned someone from Atlassian Support. They will see your issue from here on.
-
Have you thought about option 3: A mix of options 1 and 2. I generally only set up a custom field and link it to a form field IF it needs to be reported or is needed as a condition for Automation. Otherwise, having the information in form fields works for me since I can attach the form to the created issue.
-
Hello @gld ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I've sent word to Atlassian Support team. Hold on.
-
Correct. Checklists are available through Marketplace Apps.
