Hi @Andy Looks like there was a problem when upgrading your DB schema before Confluence came up. Can you provide some details about the system (server, OS version, database, etc) you're using for Confluence? Also, the previous version will help too. This Community question refers to the same error on a PostgreSQL database.…

Thanks for the extra info!

No, I thought you were using an on-premise instance. I've contacted Atlassian Support. They'll take it from here in a day or so.
-
Hello @황경하 ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! The URL suggests that you're using the Data Center (on-prem) version of Bitbucket. Instructions for performing garbage collection are here.…
-
Hi @Nathalia Morales ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It will probably depend on what platform (Data Center or Cloud) you are developing the Jira app for. If the target is Data Center, you will probably rely on the Java API available for Data Center. Cloud offers two environments, Connect and Forge. Connect is based…

Hello @Siddu Hussain ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The cost are there to determine the point you have reached too many queries so rate limiting begins.

Excellent article, @John Funk ! I feel I should add on a real-life example that I'm very familiar with: The Jira Life podcast. Every week, we use Jira and Confluence to plan and execute the episodes; our regular episode and a TJL Newsbreak. For all of this, and because we're still a small team putting this together, we are…

Hello @Saraswathi Vepa ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! JQL queries won't get what you're looking for. You may want to do this using the REST API. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-custom-field-options/#api-rest-api-3-field-fieldid-context-contextid-option-get

Passing the ACP-620, which grants the Jira Project Admin for Cloud certification. is 1/4th of the way for the Atlassian Certified Administration Expert designation. You should see what other certifications you need to get on the page for that designation.
-
You may have to see if you're logged in with your Atlassian account

Hello @Andrei Alexandru Hoszu ! Welcome to the Atlassian community You can send bug reports directly to Atlassian on https://jira.atlassian.com

Happy Thanksgiving, my brother!
-
The certs I had for ACE carried over to ACAE. At some point, I suppose I'll have to get the Agile DevOps Certified Specialist designation.
-
Reminder to submit your videos! Send to me at bob@thejiralife.com
-
We will have @Joanna Thurmann on an upcoming episode of The Jira Life to talk about the designations (and more!)

This looks like a new feature in Jira Service Management (JSM) where you can limit who has access to create request types. I'd find your JSM admin to sort this out.
-
(DISCLAIMER: I don't work for WarsawDynamics. I am a happy customer) If you want to go the Marketplace route, there is External Share for Confluence, which includes security features and also allows you to make parts of your page unshared.…

@Kristian Klima , you are correct. In Confluence, Automation is a Premium/Enterprise feature. But if @PMSupport is trying to create a rule that triggers when a space is created, they're out of luck. There is no Space created trigger.
-
Hi @PMSupport I'm not aware of any automation rules that are for Premium only. There are definitely changes in limits when upgrading to Premium. Do you have an example of documentation that shows additional rules that are Premium only?

So, workflows are indirectly mapped to a board through the statuses that get mapped to a board's columns. This mapping applies to all the issue types that can be seen through the board's filter. So, if you have multiple issue types with multiple workflows, they have to conform to the single column mapping for them to be…

Then I think you misunderstood what Confluence is.

Hello @Agustín Llovet ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you are a Jira Product Admin (done by being added to Jira Administration), you have the ability to manage workflow, issue types, schemes for company-managed projects. Permissions would be managed by Jira Product Admins by setting what groups, users, roles, and…

Because you're on Data Center, you should look at the following Community question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Image-Headers-and-Emojis-for-Confluence-Data-Center/qaq-p/2444112
-
Right. The reason you can't find it is because that's a feature only on Confluence Cloud. If you can see a version number, you're on Data Center. Here's the article explaining what you would see (again, on Cloud). https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-your-page-and-its-title-more-memorable/
-
Hello @Dominik Paulin ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The screenshot is of a page in Confluence Cloud. Confluence Cloud doesn't have version numbers.
-
Hello @kristian.sinclair.veum ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There's no difference between the time tracking features in Jira Standard versus Jira Premium. If you're looking for an enhanced experience on time tracking, a Marketplace App like Tempo is probably the way to go.
-
@Sana Usman! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you drop a screenshot of what you're seeing? I'd like to see what you're seeing.

If you're really looking to see if an issue is resolved by using the Resolution field, I would check to see if it is empty. Unresolved issues would not have a value for Resolution.
-
Hi @SL ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Folders are used as a way to group together pages. Pages can be moved into a folder, and you can create a page as a child of the folder. But you can't copy the page as if it were a file.

Hi @Gilad Shtern I think you're going to have to look at other clues. This is the interface for any Jira service the server is running. Have you looked at any of the application logs, in particular the garbage collection logs? You mention this is Data Center. Is this a single node?
