Hello @raghuvarmaofficial I don't believe there's an API for licensing information.

How do I not sound like a broken record (kids, ask your parents what that means!)? 1. Netflix 2. Disney+ 3. Paramount+ (don't bother me now, I'm watching Picard!)
-
Woohoo! Thanks @Jimmy Seddon ! I get to ask this before BASH happens!
-
Dang it. I had a killer idea for April 21. Anyone who takes April 21: ask for TEAM2023 pics!

Dibs on March 31 or April 21

Is there a way you can display the SLA goals to see if the calendar is associated with the SLA?

Hello @David Bohanon ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! One outlet that may have more of a "human touch" for your sales related questions is by working with an Atlassian Solutions Partner. (FULL DISCLOSURE: I work for an Atlassian Gold Solutions Partner). A listing of partners is available at…

From the board, you should be able to toggle the flag. You can also search for flagged issues via JQL. Reference: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/flag-an-issue/

Hello @Rod Veitch ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What version of the Trello app are you on? I'm on Ventura 13.0 with 2.13.9-530 version of the Trello app

Actually the answer I gave pertains to company-managed projects and not team-managed projects as specified by the original question. But the gist is the same. Permissions to work on the project are defined by adding the user to the specific project role. That is still separate from product access.

Thank goodness! I was going crazy thinking there was an error and the answer should be A and D! Thanks for chiming in, @Julia !
-
@Diogo Teles : First, let me welcome you to the Atlassian Community! The reason why product access is not a factor when editing issues comes down to the fact that this is controlled by the Permission Scheme used by the project. To edit an issue, a person needs to be identified in the Browse Project, and Edit Issue…

Registration, hotel, and flight locked and loaded! This will be my second face-2-face TEAM. I previously attended virtually during the height of COVID. So stoked!

Hello @Med Aymen ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you're the Jira admin, you should be able to use the recovery_admin feature to look over the usernames and change passwords if necessary. Documentation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-972329273.html

Hello @Tracy ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is only a hunch, but if you're on Linux, have you checked /var/log/messages to see if oom-killer stopped the Confluence process to recoup memory? If not, feel free to detail specifics of your system.

Congrats!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I agree with @Johnny FromCanada 's sentiments. Don't forget that Jira is a tool and that the first part of the Agile Manifesto has people and interactions over processes and tools. If the workflow in Jira is getting in the way of the people and interactions, work with your Jira…

So psyched! Ready to wear my QuizWiz 2022 Winner garb. @Dave LIAO I'm in for dim sum or Din Tai Fung!

For Server and Data Center, passwords are stored in the Jira database. For Cloud, you'll have to ask Atlassian where passwords are stored for Atlassian accounts.
-
Upload your app: How is your app installed? If it is a Server/Data Center/Cloud (Connect) app you should specify the JAR/OBR option. If it is a Forge app, you specify that option. If you have the URL where Atlassian can download the app, specify the URL option. App Key: This would be the Java-style package identification…

Can you tell me how your VM is configured for JIra? For instance: where is your database and what type of database is it? Where does the S3 bucket fit in?
-
Hello @Violet_hu ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! From the logs you've shown, it appears you're trying to upgrade Jira but having problems with Zephyr, and some sort of connection to an S3 bucket. Can you provide more context?
-
Hi @Dason This form is for submitting your application to the Atlassian Marketplace. This is what you want to do, correct?
-
Hello, @El ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you're a Jira administrator, you can change the Default Value of your Acceptance Criteria custom field to add the Gherkin format conditions. From the area to configure Custom Fields: And then select Edit Default Value in the resulting screen

No worries. Just thought it was good for a chuckle!
-
As far as I know, right now it's only a single board (the Board View) of the JWM project.
-
The reason you delete the dbconfig.xml (when I've done this I've just renamed it dbconfig.xml.bak) is so that when Jira starts up, it assumes that there's no database so it will go into "setup mode" and allow you to set up the new database connection and perform the restore of the XML backup.
-
Hello @Sue Bridges ! It appears you're using a hybrid of the methods outlined in the following article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/switching-databases-938846867.html If you can't get your Oracle DBA to copy and upgrade the database from Oracle 12C to Oracle 19c, you should probably treat this as the…

"atlas-debug" tells me you are creating a test Jira instance for debugging your Marketplace App, configuring it to use mysql, and expecting it to run. As far as I know, this virtual instance wouldn't have the mysql driver pre-installed. You set up MySQL on the same machine that you're running atlas-debug?

Hey, @Rob Horan ! Just a friendly reminder that if you're satisfied that this issue is put to bed, please accept an answer. :-)
