Hello @Mahesh Galgalikar ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As of this moment, there's no word from Atlassian that it is, but they do appear to be looking into it. Have a look at the following…

A question about your Approval process: what status does the ticket go to if the approval is denied?
-
Hello @timothy lee ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You should look at the workflow first. Set up at which status(es) you need approvals and by whom. Once you have that, figure how you're going to populate your approver(s). Is it a single-user, vs. multiple-user, vs. a group. Then once you have that, associate your…

Which status is used for approval? Can you select it and show a screenshot with its properties?
-
I'm not sure it's currently possible given that the change calendar is on the Jira interface (requiring some sort of Jira license) and not available to customers on the portal.
-
Michele, To really understand your issue, there needs to be one more piece of the puzzle: the workflow in question. Is there any condition that would bypass the approval step?
-
Hello Martina: There are two ways you can reference your custom field in JQL: either by the field name or by its ID number. For the field name, it would resemble the following "Issue Owner" = assignee Issue Owner is in quotes because of the space. To look for the field's ID number, go to the details of the custom field and…

Hello @daihaiyang ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! HipChat was a legacy Atlassian chat tool that was deprecated years ago. Jira still has plugins that could try to connect to HipChat. Anyway, the message that has that warning is at Info level. Do you see any messages that are ERROR level in your logs?

Hello @Adrian Zurawski ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! According to the documentation, project administrators and project agents should be able to add new customers. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-a-service-project/ What's your role in the project where you're…

Excellent! I'm glad it worked out for you! Please feel free to mark this as answered! Have a great day!

Here's the list from Atlassian. https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-gets-migrated-with-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant/ As far as Marketplace Apps go, you should go to each individual App and see if migration is supported by the App vendor.

Reading my "reviewer's copy" and getting ready to post my Amazon review when it "goes live". Also getting ready to order my physical copy so you can autograph it! Well done, @Brittany Joiner !

To associate a field configuration scheme with a project, look at my earlier response in this thread.
-
To answer your second question, the Atlassian Community is an online forum where volunteer experts and Atlassian employees answer questions and post articles and discussions relating to Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence, as well as work life and life in general.
-
To answer your first question, here is a link to the Atlassian Community topic. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/I-have-been-added-to-this-crypto-phishing-project/qaq-p/2435321 I was also with @Rodney Nissen _Work Wranglers_ _TJL_ and @Alex Ortiz when we talked about it on The Jira Life podcast.…

Hello @William Kavanagh ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Be careful with the invitation email! I've seen several threads here and elsewhere that this could be a phishing attack. The biggest clue I saw was that the email address was listed as "e.atlassian.com"

If you're on Cloud Premium, you could set up a sandbox, set up your desired changes, and when ready, transpose those changes to production. That last part will have to be manual, though.

So good design suggests that your "Default" Field Configuration should have Reproduction Steps as Optional and a "one-off" Bug Field Configuration would have Reproduction Steps as Required. Once you have that set up, you can associate that Field Configuration Scheme to your project (illustrated elsewhere in this question)…
-
Workflow is not relevant here. We need to see about associating CRM Salesforce project to your new Field Configuration Scheme. 1. Go to the CRM Salesforce project -> Project Settings -> Summary 2. Find the Fields section 3. Click the current scheme 4. Select Use a different scheme 5. Find your new Field Configuration…

If you want Epics and Tasks to have Reproduction Steps as required, you're good to go: just associate the User Story Field Configuration Configuration Scheme to the CRM Salesforce project. If not, you'll need to tie Epics and/or Tasks to the User Story Field Configuration and then associate the Configuration Scheme to the…
-
One question before we associate the User Story Field Configuration scheme to the CRM Salesforce project: Are Bugs and Stories the ONLY issue types in the project (including subtasks). If not, Reproduction Steps will then be required for ALL issue types (except Stories).
-
Looks like you have to change the configuration of the Workday field scheme. 1. Copy the Unified Project for Workday Field Configuration. 2. Change the name of the original Unified Project for Workday Field Configuration (my suggestion, Bug Field Configuration) 3. On the copy Field Configuration, set Reproduction Steps to…
-
OK, can you show the Field Configuration Scheme associated with your CS project? @Trudy P Claspill and I think you have only a single Field Configuration in your Field Configuration Scheme. This means that the Field Configuration will apply to ALL ISSUE TYPES regardless if they're visible on a screen or not. The solution…
-
OK, @Diatta Harris so the field Reproduction Steps is set as required through the Field Configuration. Can you give me a screenshot of the Field Configuration scheme associated to your "CS" project?
-
Do you know if Resolution has been set on those tickets showing a Closed status?
-
Hi @Diatta Harris . Can you show me where it's set that Reproduction Steps is a required field? Also, s far as it being assigned to the bug screen, is that assignment done by adding the field to the screen for the bug, or are you setting field context? Screenshots are best.

If you are the Organization Admin, you can go to the Administration page (admin.atlassian.com) find the free subscription for Confluence Cloud and Upgrade to Standard or Premium.

Global status of Confluence as shown on https://status.atlassian.com/ shows that Confluence is up (I can work on my own Confluence instances). I'd answer @Dave Mathijs 's questions. Are we sure that this has worked before? Another thing to consider: if you haven't been using the Confluence site for a long period of time (6…

Have you looked at the following page? https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/compare-cloud-data-center

Have a look at the project's field configuration. Chances are someone has marked the Reproduction Steps field as Required. Field configurations are managed by field configuration schemes. For your different issue types you need to do the following. 1. Set up a copy of the field configuration. 2. In the copy, remove the…
