@Amanda Barber my homemade running hat says "Positive attitude; negative split" :)

We have an enormous hat collection in my house. Generally, I like a standard ballcap with a slightly off-kilter design. At some point, I started making my own hats, mostly featuring scraps of poetry (in a previous life I was a poet). Here's a new-ish hat I made with a line from John Berryman's Dream Song 63:

Yes, Michael, the free on-demand prep path is the only recommended training. If you want to go above & beyond, you could brush up on the foundational courses in our ITSM learning path.

@Christine P. Dela Rosa that's an interesting question. I guess my point is: Change is going to happen no matter what. Embrace it or don't—it's still coming for your team. My hope would be that we don't necessarily "try to bring it about," but instead we learn to develop practices that treat change as the water we're all…

@Samuel Meadema OOC, how many active users do you currently have in Jira?
-
@Rahul Bhansali Trello and Confluence are collaboration tools. Confluence allows you to create, organize, and share documents. Trello allows you to collaborate visually using boards and cards. Jira on the other hand is a tool for planning and tracking work projects in detail. It allows you to build, automate, and observe a…

Hello Friends, My favorite athlete of all time is the man, the myth, the legend: Steve Prefontaine, who shattered American running records at every distance from 2,000 to 10,000 meters, a feat that has never been repeated. A generous teammate, a fearsome competitor, and an icon in the making when he died in a car accident…

It would be interesting to run a mini-version of this play once a month and see how the processes evolve.
