Based on all of our previous conversations, Rovo knew that I'd be happier & more productive if I prioritized completing the most complex work first thing in the morning. Thank you for keepingh me honest, Rovo!

Excited for the new Create with Rovo feature in Confluence. It's a game-changer!

This is not currently possible, unfortunately.

Compass does not provide a direct Rest API call to GET or PUT a compass.yml Config-as-code file for a component.

Archived items in Jira are not automatically deleted after a certain timeframe, they are stored indefinitely until manually deleted. The limitation you are encountering, only seeing items from the last nine months, is likely due to the specific settings of the Jira Product Discovery view or the system's display limit for…

I would guess that I'm four or five here. My kids are this age now and they look exactly like me :)

Assuming the User attribute is on the "Personen" object type as described, then you need a nested AQL query within the main filter. This approach relies on fetching the current user's associated "Personen" object and then extracting its "Einsatzbereich" to use as a filter value. I'm not the best with queries, but I think…

This is still not supported. But there are workarounds. Here's one: Convert the item to a card: One approach is to automate the creation of a new card from the checklist item when it is added, carrying over the name, due date, and assigned member. This new card can then use all the standard card-level automation triggers.

lol @Kristján Geir Mathiesen that looks VERY uncomfortable. My kids announced that this year we're all going to be animals, so I was a tiger for Halloween.

In Trello, the native Butler automation has a known limitation that prevents automatically syncing a due date to a linked card with a simple, one-step rule. To achieve this, you need to use a multi-step automation or a third-party Power-Up designed for cross-board syncing. There are two possible solutions. 1. You can use a…

Colors aren't enabled by default. You must manually turn them on by going to View Settings in the top right of the roadmap and selecting an option from the dropdown menu

Love the recommendations here!

Yes, this is possible by creating a Jira automation rule that uses a "Branch rule" and the "Issue transitioned" trigger. The rule can be set up to trigger when any sub-task or task is transitioned to "In Progress," and then a separate branch will handle the parent issue by checking its linked sub-tasks and transitioning…

You should be able to cut and paste table rows or columns in Confluence Cloud's new editor by using standard keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+C (copy), Ctrl+X (cut), and Ctrl+V (paste). To perform the action, highlight the row or column you want to move, use the cut shortcut, then insert a new blank row/column where you want…

In Confluence, you can see pages you've created by using the search bar with the query creator = "Your Username" or by navigating to "Recent" and then "Drafts" to find unpublished pages. If you have Confluence Premium or Enterprise, you can also use the Content Manager to filter pages by owner.

PDFs aren't supported at this time, however you can use the Summarize Attachment Expert agent to get a summary of PDFs: https://xdevpod.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AICC/pages/607256688/Get+Started

You're likely setting the opsbar-sequence property on the statuses, not on the transitions. The opsbar-sequence property must be set on the transitions in your workflow to control the order of the status buttons that appear on an issue.

To delete something in Trello, you first archive it and then delete it from the "Archived" or "Closed" items section.

It can be alarming to log into your Trello account and find that your boards are missing. Fortunately, in many cases, they can be recovered. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you find and restore your lost Trello boards. Check for Closed Boards The most common reason for "missing" boards is that they have been closed…

Here are a few approaches to achieve a "create blog post" functionality in Confluence, optimizing for the best outcome for the person transacting (i.e., making it easy for users to create blogs): 1. Direct Link to Create Blog Post (Most Straightforward) This is often the most reliable and simplest method, similar to your…

The key thing to understand about Trello's paid plans (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) is that they are applied per Workspace, not per individual user account. Here's why you're likely experiencing this, and what you need to do: Workspaces are Upgraded, Not Accounts: When you upgraded to Premium, you upgraded a specific…

Unfortunately, the drag-and-drop functionality only works in the other direction. You can drag existing cards from your Trello board directly onto a date in the Calendar/Planner view. This will automatically set or adjust the due date for that card.

Here's how you typically do it, depending on your Confluence version (Cloud vs. Server/Data Center) and the specific macro options available: Key Concept: Specifying the Parent Page The core of this is telling the macro which page to consider as the parent. Common Methods: Using the "Parent Page" or "Root Page" Parameter:…

It's not possible to "enable" the new card back design. It's being rolled out progressively to users over several weeks. Hang tight, it'll be here soon!

Tent all the way, although I am tempted by converted Sprinter vans, mostly as a means of getting to the sites where I want to pitch a tent.

You're encountering a common syntax difference between various Jira exporter tools. While ${AssigneeUserDisplayName} works for a system field like 'Assignee', custom fields, especially those that can hold multiple users like your "Approvers" field, often require a different approach depending on the specific exporter…
