Thanks for commenting @Patricia Modispacher _k15t_!

Looking forward to enjoying new content in App Central! Should app content still be published in the Apps & Integration section for the time being or should we start publishing here?
-
Hi @Alexander Ziegltrum ! Sorry for the late response, I was, quite aptly, on vacation for a couple of weeks. Yes, currently Zapier is the only way you can send absences to Jira from Outlook. Would that be a blocker for you? There's also an available REST API, so if you have technical expertise on your team, it would also…
-
@Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ when are you giving a course on Confluence for heavy users who are also heavily underutilizing the platform? I know a bunch of them.
-
Thank you @Hana Kučerová !
-
Hahaha ok got you! I'm asking because I'm the product owner of an Out of Office app for Jira Cloud, and with our app it's very simple to see the cards in red And the JQL for this: I'm going to be using it, you can have a look at the app if you want to try, too!

Woo-hoo! Wait, what? It seems like I don't deserve to be in this pack of wild problem-solvers -- I reached level 5 yesterday but I only have 2 accepted answers (in this account, I have an old one I'm not using anymore with older activity). Hope to be up there again real soon!
-
45 days later, I published a 5th question and voila! Already at level 5!! However, I'm still not seeing the option to write an article. Does it take a couple of days to sync or should I nag @Saralie S. to give me rights to write articles?
-
@Laurie Sciutti that's actually a great point! I'm going to try to set that up for us as well. @Mark Kinley just curious, how do you tell Jira who's Out of Office?
-
Thank you for sharing your solutions! It helped my team today.
-
I was trying RICE with a number for reach but it makes it so skewed when everything else is a rank. Thanks for this!
-
@John McKiernan the approach you're describing is very attractive. We are considering using both generic goals so nothing is misaligned and Atlas goals for better focus. The pebbles into boulders process is intriguing. I'd love to see a demo with some real life examples, would make for a great webinar!
-
Well @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ knowing how extremely organized you are... if you ever try it I would love to see your setup! I'm sure it'll be very different to ours.
-
We'll be experimenting with adding guest customers to contribute and access our roadmaps real soon. Seems promising!
-
Hi @Chitra Sankar I'm running into the same issue. Have you tried this? Were you able to solve the problem?
-
Hi @Ashley Godbold what did you do in the end? I'm curious to know what "Unassigned" would not be acceptable for you. Would you like to have the grey empty avatar?
-
What would be the best way to display an avatar for Unassigned, if you needed one?
-
Nikki Zavi, love it!
-
Awesome! Thanks Evgeniy. I was trying by creating a smart value but I will test this first since it should work straight away!
-
@Vishal I'm trying to do something similar not sure if your solution would help. I have an epic and I'm creating an automation to create a number of standard tasks below it that include the summary of the epic as part of their summary. So it would be: Epic Summary: "Tutorial Video" Task 1: "Script for {Tutorial Video} Task…

My full name is Jaime Antón González-Capitel Martorell. Dangerously long, as it doesn't fit in most online forms outside my native Spain. So I go by Capi, short form of Capitel. Interestingly enough, Capitel is already a nickname that was given to my great grandfather, and my grandfather and his brothers made part of our…

Sounds great @Sowmiya Srinivasan . Please consider accepting my answer so that it helps others in the community

Hi @Sowmiya Srinivasan ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Unfortunately, there is no native out of office functionality in Jira. However, you can look for options in the Atlassian Marketplace. In fact, I'm the product manager of Out of Office Assistant for Jira Cloud, which solves precisely the use cases that you're…
-
Tons of value there @Bill Sheboy , thank you!
-
@DJ M is there any reason not to use the global public settings when sharing the Smartsheet project? If you wanted to do that, you'd bypass login problems and you could still secure the content with Confluence permissions.
-
@Bill Sheboy That's a great to know @Bill Sheboy I always feel a bit left in the dark with Automation, especially when it comes to troubleshooting. Are there any great resources out there?
-
Thanks @Summer Hogan !
-
I'm arriving late, but this is the revolution!! Feel like I need a Master Reporting with Confluence certification path now!
-
Hoping to get there soon!!

Hi @Iago Rodrigues Salvadori , I'm glad I could be of help! Please consider accepting my answer so that others in the community can benefit from it. Regarding the number of users, yes: all our apps are free for up to 10 users. However, you have to know that Atlassian will always count every active user in the instance to…
