Hi @[deleted] this might be a temporal glitch, try refreshing your browser after closing it for a while and try again.

Hi @Fariz Aliverdiyev , please make sure the email notification is associated with a particular project, also that the project has a notification scheme defined. Hi @Trupti Nikam , try this; go to JIRA home > Settings > System > External System Import > Trello this should import the Trello cards into a new Project. move the cards in your project; this will help you create a map to the newly created statuses from Trello to existing statuses in the project you mean. Let me know if…

@Arslan Akmatov , you achieve this by; 1. configuring webhooks in Jira. Define the name, URL, scope, and events for the webhook. 2. then configuring the team site in SharePoint, add Jira connector to the team site and configure the connector. 3. don't forget to test the connection by creating defined events that you need…

Hi @benjy when I had this issue, a quick workaround for me was to rename the branch. Jira issues are usually associated with a branch if it has the issue key in the branch name, so renaming might be the possible solution here.
-
@Pavel K_ please confirm that the Jira Notification Scheme is associated with the project. Also, make sure it has the group service-desk agents added to the issue created.
-
@Stanislav , this can be possible if the project admin is granted global permission. To do this, Click on the global permissions in the left navigation panel, and then Edit global permissions. You can set plan permissions for the categories of users from the table. Let me know if this helps.
-
Hi @Danny Who, sorry about this, but do make sure to select issue type in Task as "sub-task". This should solve the problem. Just make sure in general that your filter isn't restricting it.

Hi @Gilad Shtern , its possible for you to define your own CSS on Jira. See example below <style type="text/css">#details-profile-banner {display: none;}</style> Alternatively, you can make use of the cute plugin, see documentation: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210932/cute-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview…

Hi @Max Marx , I don't think you can see the parent branch if that's what you mean. But an alternative is to try using meta-data for every commit with the help of git notes. That way you can track what branch it was created from. I hope this helps. Have fun using Jira. Regards, Gloria Ojukwu.

Hi Lisa, If you mean integrating both Kanban and Scrum in one board, yes it pretty straightforward and simple. Just chose the board menu on the project you will see both Scrum and Kanban buttons. You can easily create both boards from there. Regards, Gloria.
-
Hi @[deleted] , the best way is to have both QA and Development in one project. You can set it through the board setting(either Kanban/or Scrum), through the column in the board setting you can add as many columns as you like. Its easier to manage the project when you have all your workflows just in one project than…

Hi @Emily Fuller , the simplest way to do this is to use the advanced search feature on Jira, you can filter out all the issues assigned to a particular using the advanced search option. I hope this helps. Regards, Gloria.

You're welcome
-
Hi @Virginie_Romey , So make sure they were not already done before the sprint started. So if that's the case, you might have to reopen them after starting the sprint then check again. I hope this helps.
