Hi @[deleted] To create a plan using Advanced Roadmaps, there should be a drop down at the top of your screen that reads "Plans". Would you be able to include a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks Eddie

Hey @Marlon Aguilar Hover over the status bar in the Progress (hours) column to bring up the window that'll show hours logged, hours remaining, and total hours. Here's a documentation link that shows it in greater detail: link However, there isn't a way to show this information in a column. You have to hover to show it.…

Hi @Robert Kesterson From the way that you've described it, it sounds like you're using the old Legacy interface (aka Live Plans)? If that's the case, then I don't believe that's possible. Can I ask if you're on a cloud site or a Server instance? If you're on Cloud, then the Improved interface does have dependency…

@LiorHadar That hierarchy menu is now listed under Filters. You can choose from Story to Story, and you'll only see that level on your timeline. Thanks Eddie

Hi @Dipshikha Goyal, What exactly do you mean by traceability? My understanding of what you're asking is that your roadmap shows the hierarchy from Epic down to Test case, then be able to export based on that. If that's correct, and assuming that your plan has the hierarchy levels configured correctly, sort your issues by…

Hey @Ron Caylor To piggyback off of @Curt Holley's comment, there's a little bit of information on this in the Advanced Roadmaps documentation (Modify a view - "Simultaneous edits" under Save your view). It mostly deals with saving changes made my multiple users at the same time. Hope this helps! Eddie

Ah, Individual capacity. That old chestnut. So as a general rule, we tend to avoid announcing any future features until we have a rollout date set. It just saves us from having to backtrack if we're not going to make our deadline, and helps us moderate expectations. That said, I will say that individual capacity planning…

Hi @Emma Right now, there isn't. The Dependency report is a view-only function at the moment. However, you can do show dependency information as part of your timeline view; for example, you can add an Incoming and outgoing dependencies columns to your roadmap, or you can change the dependency style to Lines in the View…

@Sako Shimohira This is the right answer. To extrapolate on it a bit, drag and drop is only available when sorting by rank (the official functionality name is "rerank using drag and drop"). Sorting by any other field means that Advanced Roadmaps isn't looking at the rank, ergo the drag and drop doesn't work. Cheers Eddie

Hi @Pradeep Kattimani I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian support about this issue (unless someone here has experienced the same issue). It may require an engineer's help to solve. Cheers Eddie

Hi Bernhard, As far as announcements go, there are two main places to check: * What’s new in Jira Software Cloud has some new features listed. This tends to be higher-level features. * Atlassian Cloud release notes are published every week. These are more focused on individual feature flags in ARJ-Cloud, so this would be…

Hey @towndwarf I think there's a way to make Advanced Roadmaps do what you're asking, but I think I need clarification on how you have your workflow set up. Do each of your columns represent a team, then you move the one task through the "workflow" from team to team? If so, then you'd need to make a change to how this…

Hi @Jose Sermeno Sounds like you have quite a complicated use case for Advanced Roadmaps. I'm going to throw a volley of documentation links your way that might help with your setup, and if you have any further questions feel free to reach out. One note before you get too far down this road is that currently Team-managed…

Hi @Mathias Persson From your description, it could be a myriad of things. In order to solve this issue, I would suggest raising a support ticket on support.atlassian.com/contact/. They'll work with you to explore what's going on in your instance, and hopefully get to the root of this problem. Cheers, Eddie

Hi @Ravichandra Itagi I'm Eddie, the Content Designer for Advanced Roadmaps. This is a great question, and highlights one of the areas of common confusion. In short, Advanced Roadmaps sees Resolution fields as subdivisions of the Status field. So for example, if you have three Resolution states -- Done, Not Done, and Won't…

Hi @GUARDIA Patrice I'm Eddie, the Content Designer for Advanced Roadmaps. As of July 31st, the old Live Plans interface will be disabled on all cloud instances. If you're using a server version of Advanced Roadmaps (which is bundled with Jira Data Center), Live plans will be retired with the release of Jira 9.0; the date…
