Hi Ramesh and welcome to the Community! Can you please share some more info about what you mean as "compromised"? There was a serious security exploit, found recently and if you have been affected you might need to upgrade.

Hi Sonya and welcome to the Community! You can use the "Content Report Table" macro to see the number of likes your pages accumulate. For any further reports I'm afraid you'll have to check at the marketplace for a suitable addon. Hope that helps!
-
Ah, yes. That makes more sense, sorry for the misread. Then I'll look at the other options in the replies, provided by Matt and Katerina.
-
Hi @Gabriele Ientile , you can also use the excerpt include macro to extract the content from your excerpts from other pages (and spaces). Check the article for more information and pay attention to the spelling if you need to include them from other spaces.

Hi Ayush, I don't think that's still possible in Confluence Server/DC. You can try using an app from the marketplace like this one or run a query against your database. Hope that helps!

Hi Torbjørn! If you are admin of your Confluence instance, you can go to Site administration > Space settings and give yourself admin permissions for the desired space, by clicking on "Manage Permissions". This will also let you in the admin panel of the space and navigate to the "Overview" tab where you can change the…

Hi Vanessa, Please consider looking at this page. I think it will be quite useful and will answer all your questions. Cheers!

When you switch to Jira Cloud you'll have a good overview over the usage of the automations addon, including the number of executions you have used, how many days you have left until the counter is reset and on which date it will be reset exactly. And yeah, it's reset on monthly basis, not on yearly.
-
The key here "Single-project rule executions do not count towards your usage. A single-project rule is a rule that automates a task or process that only affects one project." Madhu, if your daily automation is cross-project (includes more than 1 project) you can try to workaround it by splitting your rule among the…

If anyone is preparing a "Jira Bible" , that article should be in it! Thank you Sergei!

Hi Vanesa! The priority field is a system field and it's values are populated in System > Issues > Issue Attributes > Priorities. Custom fields you would like to expose on your portal are managed in the custom fields section.
-
Hi Vanessa! It is always a bit tricky altering the customers behavior. I would start with setting up a date when the emailing will be dropped as an option and only the portal will be used afterwards. Due dates always work! If you need some more info how to set your desk up - you can follow the documentation. Personally I…

Hi Krystyna and welcome to the community! Having a dropdown with predefined values is optional when creating new pages. Here's a good article for that : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-to-get-predefined-confluence-variables/qaq-p/859504 Best regards, Velio

Just came across this one, as I was looking for the same solution. It turns out it is now possible from the board settings:

Well, to be honest I'm a bit selfish when it comes to the swag. I love to keep the most nice-looking and creative ones. I remember several unforgettable T-shirts from the last european Summit (now TEAM) event that I kept. Also there was a nice phone cleaner-spray that seemed to be very useful during pandemic :D
-
Looking forward to meet some of you guys!
-
Only one line, but still counts!
-
Ah, I bet there's no need for Team 2921 to be in person. In that year, we'll be able to cooperate without even leaving the bed!
-
Couldn't select my favourite cap so I took a pic with the three of them!
-
Truly hope it will be in-person! Fingers crossed the pandemic will come to it's end at 2022. And yeah, as Taranjeet mention Las Vegas seems to be the right place.

In times like these it is most important to keep up bonding with your colleagues! It's not a secret that our team spent an year without facing each other face to face and that Bingo card was very helpful to get us know each other! Here are our two Bingo columns: Thank you @Brittany Sudlow for the wonderful idea!

There's one word that I'd love to use in this situation and it is 'Balance'. You can't have only the option of 2 or 3 workflows in a single Jira instance for many teams and make them choose from those. Every team needs some flexibility (can't use "agility" here) because every team is different and options should be…

Used this several times and worked in every occasion!

PO/PM: Hey man, can you add a green button on the left that takes me to a page in confluence? Me: Why don't you use the standard functionality of adding items in the project? PO/PM: Oh no, we would really need that BUTTON. Me: Well, Jira is pretty flexible piece of software, but I'm afraid it's not that flexible. PO/PM…

The best one was the combined Summit + Camp event at Barcelona. It was during 2017 for a week and I remember meeting people from all around the world and from different industries.

That goes straight to the bookmarks! Really, I would position this one somewhere in my personal top 3 of most useful articles at the community! Thank you @Esther Strom !

Hello everyone! Time to finally introduce myself: * Where you're from I was born and raised in a little Bulgarian town called Vidin, mostly known for it's medieval fortress. Nowadays I live in Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. * Where you work Genius Sports - A leading provider of sophisticated data-driven software to…

Hi Kristin! I can't really say what's the reason for that change, but tbh I find it pretty useful. We have a number of examples where a requested field has been created as a text field for example, but now we would like to change it to a user picker one and having that additional metadata next to the field is very helpful.…

Hi Sachin! Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible at the moment, although it will be very useful feature! Best regards, Velizar
