With the AND it will never show (Status = To Do OR Status = In Progress) OR (status = "Done" AND resolutiondate <= 30d) Or you could: (Status = To Do OR Status = In Progress) OR (status = "Done" AND Status Changed to "Done" AFTER "-1m") The big problem you have above is it should not be an AND because the status cannot be…

Ah so the issue is with the free version can you copy a board. I was actually struggling with that, and ended up just doing it manually as it was only 30 cards. Since the option to copy the board (https://help.trello.com/article/802-copying-cards-lists-or-boards) does not appear on my free version, I would presume no...

You could literally put the exact string above. You may want to include a project as well. So go to Jira -> Issues. Click Advanced for putting in a direct JQL and type something like this: Project = ABC and STATUS changed FROM Open TO "In Progress" To get every issue in ABC that has ever changed from open to in progress.

I am not a Trello expert by any means but I can somewhat "Customize" copied boards and I only have the free version. Maybe a little more explanation on what you mean by customize. Add cards? Add voting?

JQL supports finding when a status has changed: STATUS changed FROM Open TO "In Progress" ON 2020-09-21 Data and summary do not Move to given status. Once you have the set of issues from the JQL you can use column to select summary and date.

Hi Joseph, Thanks for the response. The fields (parent link and child issues) do not get deleted as if it is reenabled they re appear without doing anything. However, I wanted to know if anyone has past experience with this. I am thinking I can create a field and then do a bulk copy from the parent link to the new field,…

Thank you this is wonderful. Reminds me of the Atlassian forum 5 years ago, where immediate and wonderfully detailed answers came out right away. LOVE IT! I understand that today there are 10 questions a minute (total guess) to generic Jira and so it is overwhelming, the original forum still rocks, just this is above and…

That is awesome!!! Thank you for such details, very useful.

Interesting, I do not see the same thing, nor the same look. When I go to create a release this is the view I get. Do you have an add-ons?
-
For two different instances there is no way to see it all on a single dashboard or a single report. All I can think of is to export both sites to CVS and merge it in excel and get reports that way or just have two different browsers up and view each side by side.

Please ignore, I found the answer. I cannot edit the workflow of Not Committed -> Committed -> Done. I can edit the notifications through admin -> Email
-
I have found this to be either credentials (sometimes it logs out and shows you information anyhow.) or refresh So I recommend doing a shift reload and see if that helps and making sure you are authenticated. Are they scrum or kanban boards?
-
Hi Brian, I was going to suggest Tableau or EazyBI myself, as @ian did, but if you need an OOB solution those figures appear to be able to be calculated through JQL. From there they can be exported to a Confluence table through use of https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/JIRA+Issues+Macro using Display total…

Just change the TIMEOUT to something enormous, then you will only have to mess with it every month or year. * Open the web. xml file from the JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF directory in a text editor. * Locate the following lines, and change the value of session-timeout to the desired number in minutes:…

I had to actually flag an issue to make it work. Until an issue was flagged I got "Flagged" not found. And I used for a Flagged = Impediment. and it work perfectly after I flagged an issue.

You can setup multiple boards, one for each team. In order to have multiple backlogs within a single JIRA project, you need to ensure that issues for a team are mutually exclusive from issues from another team. Each team gets their own Kanban Board with a filter that only includes issues assigned to them. You can also just…

Burnup charts are only available on Jira Cloud and not on Jira Server.
-
Oh that's right, I forgot all about that. Thanks so much.

You keep referring to Confluence Gadgets. Gadgets are in Jira, Confluence has Macros. So do you install a TTS plugin into confluence? I could not find it in the marketplace. Installing a plugin to Jira does not add the macros to confluence.
-
Good stuff, but this will display the list of issues in confluence not the graphs, correct?
-
NM it showed up. Works great!

Hi, You can find number of projects and things like that in * > System > System Info. For me for things like custom fields, I just usually go in and count them, it is not much. I believe Jira limits it to 25 / page so you can count the pages * 25 with the last one being <=25. Also I believe JMX monitoring does that, but…

Wow I am surprised no one answered this. I assume you have gotten past this and would love to hear the results. Here is a KB article on it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/how-to-import-only-part-of-a-jira-export-into-jira-cloud-859461966.html

For a fresh copy of 7.6 there is not choice for MSQL 5.7+
-
Sometimes the only choice is for MYSQL (no choice for MYSQL 5.7+) if installing from an older Jira when selecting Database type. the solution is to use utf8 and then upgrade and then switch to utf8mb4
-
2 jiras? Two separate instances or two separate projects? If it is projects then I would add to each one (project = xyz AND (query 1)) OR (project = abc AND (query 2)) If they are completely different systems/instances then you will have to add some major automation/coding.

Please make sure you have a good backup of everything, then yes removing the dbconfig.xml file (to make things easier for rollback I usually just move it out of the Jira HOME) will prompt jira upon boot/restart to connect you to your new database, and will recreate the dbconfig file for you. The dbconfig file will setup…

Hi @NinjawithPyjamas , (Love the user name BTW). There are published atlassian guides on migrating a database. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/switching-databases-938846867.html Some of the things to consider are if this database is used for other things outside of jira, making sure you are running a…

(embarrassed emoji) Thank you. I did enjoy Star Wars, I've seen the basic 6 but not the extras, my kids on the other hand are fanatics, should of asked them.

Hi Nic, There is always a way :). Even if some type of interface riding with the cloud system in the background or javascript or something to just not see the priorities you do not want. But I will take it that no one has found a back door yet. Thank you and as always truly appreciate your speed in response. Fastest…
