@Shafi G Yes you need to create the service account in Jira. No you don't need to create the account in Jira Align. The service account does not need to receive emails.

@Heidi Hendry Thank you and great question. From working with Azure Support over a number of hours, it was determined that Azure Active Directory doesn't support Jira Align's URL redirection functionality.

Hello @Scottie Brimmer. If you click on any of the non-required fields in step 11, you will get that error. If you just fill out the Application Name and click Continue, it should let you go through without filling out anything else. Please let me know if that fixes the issue!
