@Je-Sik Jeong Glad to hear the issue has been resolved and the charge was cancelled! 😊 Just for future reference (and for anyone facing similar issues), duplicate charges, refunds, and other billing-related questions are best handled directly by Atlassian Billing & Licensing Support. I've also put together a step-by-step…

@Subhrajit Giri Thanks for sharing! Just a quick note: App Central would probably be a better place for this discussion, as it's specifically dedicated to Marketplace apps and related recommendations. 🙂 Regarding user management, I was actually in a meeting yesterday where someone mentioned using Claude for broader user…

They'll have to introduce some kind of ID verification or something in that direction 😅 as I've seen too many people dealing with the same problem 😕 Hope you don't have anything critical on those boards.

Unfortunately, I couldn't catch the whole session, but I'll definitely have to "force myself" to use Remix a bit more! 😅 We've been using Slides more and more lately, and they're great! :)) One more thing – I never realized these live sessions came with completion certificates! That's a pretty cool touch! 😁 [toggle]…

Hi @mcre210 Unfortunately, this is a tricky situation, as Trello has strict account recovery policies for security reasons. A couple of things worth checking: Are you still logged in somewhere? If you can access your account, you may be able to update your email address through your Atlassian account settings. Can you…

I wouldn't say that often. 1 per month or so. As this one is pretty straightforward, we don't need to do much after copying. We do have some folders or pages that are restricted to internal users, but we use groups for that. Permissions do copy if you copy the full page tree (if we're talking about page/content…

Yeah, it was a live environment where I/we performed this. But it was only a one-time thing. I guess we could just follow the same principle for new pages, or create some kind of AI scheduler that would do this 🤔

Hi @Justine Lions , Just to be clear, we're talking about 'differences' between these two macros? Jira Data Center is actually the legacy one. One thing related to automatic conversion is this bug: CONFCLOUD-84619: Automatic conversion of the legacy Jira Issue Macro is not retaining the column order There are a couple of…

Hi @ruilin zhang , I'd say this direction using [ARCHIVED] prefix would be a common and effective workaround. I believe we used this approach a couple of times. It's really shame JRACLOUD-10507 has soo many votes and is still 'gathering interest' 🫤 One thing that's worth noting here is that a lot of teams still reference…

Hey @Keith Furnell , I just noticed you can't even switch spaces to use Compass components anymore 👀 Guess it's due to deprecation/Compass EOL. Bulk conversion Anyway, what we did before (and I believe that's still the case) is to use bulk updates either directly in Jira or with automation. Basically, when you switch to…

The more I think about it, the more I feel that cooldowns would solve maybe 10% of the problem, if even that. They might slow things down, but they wouldn't necessarily improve the quality of contributions. The remaining 90% would probably require some kind of intelligent detection and monitoring system in the backend. For…

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski Yeah… I'm still not sure whether this would really address the main concern behind this idea. 😅 Plus, I fully support what you said about closing the threads. ➕ Although, this kinda relates to that idea of removing ability for replies on closed posts for Champions as well.

Hey m8, This was closed (not sure when, though) because the thread/original question is from 2023. Even if they wanted to, they can't reply here. Anyway, as the post has been closed, @Павел Золотов if you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to create a new question. Cheers, Tobi

Hi @Phil Adams! 👋 Just to add to the suggestions already shared, if your organization uses Confluence Premium or Enterprise, you can use the Inspect permissions feature to identify exactly why a particular user cannot view or edit a page. Also, Atlassian recently introduced managing Confluence permissions through Atlassian…

Hi @Shivam Kadwade , I've seen you've already been participating in the Remix or Treat Week activities… I believe this would be a good question/point that you could raise in the AMA discussion as well! 👈🎃 The general event kicks off tomorrow (October 26), with an AMA featuring Atlassian's Confluence product leaders on…

Hey again Raul, We have an 'implementation documentation' space, which I usually copy by just copying the overview page together with all child items to a newly created page. Far from ideal, but that template space we have is pretty straightforward, so it works. 🤷 There's also this feature request related to it:…

Hi @Raúl Marín Some great suggestions already shared here! One thing I'd add (and which I recently tried out) is asking Rovo (specifically, I used the MCP connector with ChatGPT) to do some bulk updating, including restrictions 🔐 It works really well, although it would be better if there was just a way to simply propagate…

Hi @Jood mutreed Welcome to the Community! Just to add to Rilwan's question, are you trying to: Edit a sprint (name, dates, or goal)? You can usually do this from the Backlog using the three-dot menu next to the sprint. Edit a user story (description, status, or other fields; or sprint)? You can open the work item and edit…
