@S Fong, agents in Jira will show for any product where Rovo is enabled. There is no option to turn this off/on at a project or global level separate to Rovo
-
@Murali krishna Bangaru @Dagný Eva Magnúsdóttir, we do not have immediate plans to release this to JSM but the team are considering this. We'll be sure to update this blog when this is available. @Parker Leonard, Claude Agent for Jira is now…
-
@Maor Levinas today this is only available on Jira Software and Business projects. I've passed your feedback onto the JSM team.
-
@Thorsten Letschert _Decadis AG_ awesome to hear! Please let the me know what you think and if you have any feedback.
-
@Cornelia Jeppsson @Itamar Ben Sinaiyou probably jumped in mid-rollout. This should now be available on your tenants.

I've been using automations to notify when an issue is due. I would love if due date notifications came out of the box with a new project so I don't have to set up an automation every time.
-
@libby_romfh, great question. Our initial release of the CSV importer will support multiple issues type but will not support issue hierarchy. Hierarchy is something that we are investigating as part of a future release.

Welcome to the team and to Community, Abby!
-
Hi @John Morales Thanks for your question. Currently, this feature is only available for Jira Cloud and we do not have plans to bring this to Data Center. I'm not aware of any 3rd party apps that replicate this functionality but there might be someone here in the Atlassian Community who could recommend a solution.

Hi @Mark Thompson, in order to see tabs on the new issue view you specifically have to add them in your screen configuration. You can find more in our documentation. We've now rolled this out to every instance. If your configuration didn't include tabs before this change then you should see no change in your issue layout.
-
Hi @Mark Thompson, I'm very sorry that our communications around this didn't reach you. You can find this and other features that we are planning on launching soon in our announcement that we are transitioning all users to the new issue view.
-
Hi @Judd Volino and @Arthur Mack, We are aware of this issue that is impacting a very small number of instances with complex configurations and are working on a fix. In the meantime, if you would like to switch back to tabs on the right hand side of the issue view please contact support and they will be happy to switch you…
-
Hi @Ramon Alonso Soto, Great news, we've just released tabs back to the left hand side of the issue view as they were in the old issue view. You can read more in our official announcement.
-
Hi @gmonsalve, for now the Customer Request section of JSM (formerly JSD) projects is fixed and you can only move fields below this section, not above.
-
Hi @Jehosúa Ibuarben & @Jeanne Howe, we are working on solving this at the moment. Follow JRACLOUD-71630 for updates as we progress.
-
Hi @Markus Günther, thank you very much for raising this issue. My name is Matt, I'm a product manager on Jira Cloud and my team has just had a look into this one for you. After a bit of digging we were able to reproduce this. We believe the problem arrises because the required field is not on the "Create" screen for this…

Hi @Dirk Ronsmans, thank you for these suggestions. Off the back of our announcement that we'll be transitioning all users to the new issue view from 31st March 2021 our team is laser focused on delivering improvements that are blocking people from making the move to the new issue view. Given this, it's unlikely that we'll…
-
@Peter Fjelsten, currently JRACLOUD-70942 and JRACLOUD-72556 are two improvements that we plan on bringing back to the new issue view shortly after we transition to the new issue view. @Rob Horan, that is correct. The "Edit screen" will remain as it is today, even after transitioning to the new issue view. We will be…

Hi @Greg D, thanks for your question. At the moment it is not possible for admins to turn off Pinned Fields at an admin level. Please let me know if you run into any issues with this.
-
Hi @Sam Neilson, for now Pinned Fields are only applicable at an individual user level and are not able to be shared with others. Project admins are able to configure the layout of an issue to move important fields to the top of an issue.
-
Hi everyone, We have updated the post with a design concept to share some key features that are currently in development. Take a look and let me know what you think. The design concept only highlights a few improvement that we are bringing to the new issue view. You can track progress on specific features by watching…
-
@Kerri Simpson, JRACLOUD-70833 is the ticket that we will update as we progress with delivering this feature to the new issue view. @Peter Fjelsten, we are talking with the team at Tempo (and other Ecosystem Partners) about how we can achieve this. We will keep you updated on JRACLOUD-72556. @Svante Jacobsen, you can track…
-
@Kerri Simpson, I just realised that there's a better link to refer you to for linking issues from a remote site: JRACLOUD-70833. @Chris F, thank you so much for taking the time to walk us though what you need from the issue view in Jira. Early next week we are going to release a design concept detailing where we are…
-
Hi John, given that we've previously talked over email I'll send you an email to continue this thread.
-
Hi @John Wilson, Pinned Fields have now been rolled out to every Jira Cloud production instance. Can you confirm that you are using the new issue view?
-
Thanks for the suggestion and feedback, @jo. As you've found, pinned fields are persisted across tickets within the same project. So, while you shouldn't have to re-pin fields on every ticket, you will have to set up your pinned fields between different projects.
-
Thank you @Brendon Sandrey and @David Green for your feedback on this. I wanted to follow up here and let you know that we just released Pinned Fields which is a more complete solution to the problem that you raised. Matt
-
Hey @Keith Sims I wanted to follow up here and let you know that we just released Pinned Fields. Pinned Fields allows you to pin just about every field type, even if they are below the "Show more" dropdown.
-
Hi everyone, We've now launched 📌 Pinned Fields to production. Thank you for all of your support over the past few months and for trying out the Chrome Extension. Listening to your feedback and observing analytics from the Chrome Extension guided us as we built Pinned Fields. Please see the official announcement and make…
-
@Kerri Simpson, thank you for clarifying. We have a team that is beginning to look into introducing remote issue links. I'll keep you posted over on JRACLOUD-74599 and will have this rolled out prior to transitioning all users over to the new issue view. @Michael Spahn _misp_, thanks for letting me know. I'll keep you…
