Hi @sergio_gonzalez Might be a bug on the board. Simple test, create a new board using the same filter, what is the result, are you able to select all work types?

Hi @Rudolf Arada On a Free subscription you don't have support privileges, stated in guidelines on free instances. So you can't raise support requests, and there is no need to raise one, as a deleted version of a page is definitely deleted and can't be restored. On the KB is shared in my initial reply: "Deleting a draft,…
-
Hi @Rudolf Arada There is no option to restore a page version if deleted. This is mentioned in the link I shared, also not from the backend. IF you want to raise a support issue, you need to be a Confluence admin or higher admin rile in Cloud and not on a free subscription
-
Hi @Sharathkumar S Go to the board config and on the layout option you can add quick filters.
-
Hi @Mark Ormiston What actions, as asked by other community members? But only the actions currently are avaible are there, you can't add options.
-
Hi @Kartik Verma Welcome to the community. Jira rules, always has this option to trigger based on comment. What steps did you take, as your screenshot is not a view I can get? Do you have Rovo DEV and is it relarted to this?
-
Hi @Mohanan_ Praveen _BW-CHN_ Then you need to see with an automation rule to do a web request to solarwinds to mute them So you need to call the SolarWinds API on issue creation. So look at the SolarWinds API if this is possible, and what is needed. I also provided you the URL on how to get details of a request type in…

Hi @Rudolf Arada Deleted page versions can't be recovered, this is a permanent action. Only deleted content like, pages or attachments can be recovered from the space trash. See this KB page, where this is listed; delete-restore-or-purge-a-page

Hi @László Kíra Can you provide details of the automation steps and audit log, what dies this mention when the ruel runs?

Hi @Kiwamu Izumi Welcome to the community. Blog posts are not considered pages, but a type of page, you can only manage permissions on a post in the GUI. Also via API the restrictions can't be edited, vai automation also not as blogpost are not considered as a standard page

Hi @Kazuma I have the same issue. This occurs when using the creation option when a space is selected and you use the create option in the content section. So not using the "+" option, but the "create" option, this overlays main option in the main menu bar. I have notified this post to Atlassian.
-
Hi @WARD CHEN Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances. Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request. You will need to contact an admin of the…

Hi @Adesh Kokate Simple answer to this, no this is not supported on the portal. This requires an agent license. Wrong linking coul cause…
-
Hi @PLaksh11 This is a BI related question. Jira reporting is not suited for BI reporting. You could look at 3rd party apps to enhance your setup or to export relevant issue data into a BI reporting application or you the API for this.
-
Hi @Utsav Kothari This is probalply a possibility with the 2 dimensional ootb filter gadget, if you try to use a work around, the you set a text field, with month based on start date with an automation. You could use smart value like {{issue.customfield_xxxxx.format("MMM")}} , where xxxxx is the id of the field, trigger…

Hi @Venkat Jira Admin Workflows or automations can't prevent this. Even creating a group with less users as suggested by @Rilwan Ahmed will allow anyone in that group to be chosen as approver. The only hard solution is based on using assets as I mentioned that you bas the approver(s) listed on another user or service on an…
-
Hi @Venkat Jira Admin This is not possible using a multi picker field. You could do this using assets, what is the relation of the approver to the reporter, user/manager or else. Then you will need a user object in assets, with a user object and a manager object.
-
Hi @sergio_gonzalez So it seems to relate to the filter, what is the filter you are using? And are all issues found by the filter able to use all statuses mapped on the board and are all statuses used by the issue types mapped to the board?
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy Using information from a custom uer icker field in an email action. I learned that this will then not work when using a lookup action
-
Hi @Mina Abdelmalek Are you also an agent, so you have an agent license and are added to the role Service Desk Team? Note: also check the project key remark from @Trudy P Claspill

-
Hi @Alex Joseph Gregory Ah, this is related to the recent update; Simplified-All-Work-view-one-unified-column
