Hi @Anand Kumar For providing what type of information? Here is all related JSM documentation, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/resources/
-
Hi @Alex Joseph Gregory The list view is an ootb option where you can add fields and show the fields information. If the field contains a URL , the URL will be shown. The Link Preferences have no impact on this. The list view is and overview of information in fields, but it can't render rich formatting.

Hi @Anand Kumar This is the way of working on JSM, no notifications are sent to agent on tickets that are created. Agents should be having the queue open in a web-browser tab to see incoming tickets. What is the purpose on having an ITSM system when you want everything done in email, then you could just use a mailbox.…

Hi @Gerrit Wahlers No you can't synch organizations with ADFS groups. You can use the API to add groups in Atlassian to organizations, https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-organization/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-organization-organizationid-user-post
-
Hi @HelpDesk Support Team What is your expectation? You have made an API call to get the information from a specific component, e.g. component with ID 11319. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-project-components/#api-rest-api-3-component-id-get Does the API token of the service account…

Hi @Biryshetty_ Rashmitha This seems to relate to Microsoft as the message relates to copilot quota's. There seems to be no relation to Atlassian on this post, or it could be you use AI within Atlassian in combination with co-pilot, but still this relates to Microsoft and not Atlassian. Contact your IT department or…
-
Hi @Alex Joseph Gregory What is set in your Account Settings (option un der your avatar) what are your "Link Preferences" set to? Can you provide some screenshots of the issue
-
Hi @Thomas Pollet Then is seems to relate to your instance. I can't reproduce this on my end. I suggest you to rasie an issue wth Atlassian Support
-
Hi @Jeff Hoffer Are you referring to the "min" "max" options on a column these do not represent days in column. These represent the teams board column constraints on how many issue should be minimal or maximal in a column and base the column colour on this. There is no Days in Column option ootb, so if there is such a…

Hi @Thomas Pollet Could you check the following: Is there a shape that overlaps a section i.e. some part of the shape falls outside a section. In that case, a text box I've wanted to appear in front, 'disappears'. It 'reappears' in front of the shape if I resize the shape to fit within a section.
-
Hi @Khira Niemeier Then you need 2 rules. A branch runs in parallel of the rule execution so branches can't be executed one oafter the other. You would need a second rule that can be triggered by another rule.

Hi @Zeeshan Khan On using default validations ootb of Jira there are no options on changing the error message.
-
Hi @Mina Abdelmalek Does this space exist on the Jira side? Does the user the API token belongs to have access on the space in a role that is granted "create issue" permission? As the message you get relates to a permission issue fro the user trying to execute the issue creation.

Hi @Srishti Kumari As you add payment details, your instance can still be set inactive. You will need to contact Atlassian Support, and have them help out to set your instance to a free subscription. As this is a public forum we are users like you and we can't access instances or any other administrative related actions on…
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy I learned something again. But strange that this does work in a DC I'm currently working in, and not using an issue lookup action within automation. Another quirck!
-
Hi @Antonin_Jankovic Contact your Jira or Atlassian administrator or local IT department. This community is an open public forum and can't provide access to Atlassian instances!
-
Hi @Thomas Pollet These are type of services you can create within the "Operations" section of a JSM space. Once created they will live in the locked Services schema in Assets. You can link these together, but you can add extra information to any of the created ones, as this is not possible in the schema. This is in my…
-
Hi @Kotagiri_ Haritha As you are on=premise in a Jira Data Center instance, you will require a 3rd party app for this to extend your workflow capabilities. @Thomas Pollet and @Nikola Perisic user is on DC, DC has no field validator ootb.
-
Hi @Thomas Pollet The ootb Schema Services is locked and is not editable. To achieve what you want you need to crate a schema and define your own object type and it's attributes and create custom field of type assets to use the objects in the schema.

Hi @Alejandro Amil Garcia Check the options, on login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification

Hi @Maria Gabriela Barreto Domingues Check the options, on login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification

Hi @Abilash You have options. Create in Atlassian Administration of your Cloud instance a group for Finance, add the users related to Finance in this group. Then on the field context of the custom field, set User Filtering and add only this group. Creating a User picker field will by default list all user active in your…

Hi @Mateusz Janus No this should no impact. Create as simple rule with a manual trigger add a log action and see what is displays on a single issue If this work then add a mail action, just mail to yourself and see when using the smart values in the mail description the name is visible. But if you use lookup, using…
-
HI @Mateusz Janus Do the accounts in your DC have a dIsplayName set? I have tested this on my instance and I have a field manager and on using {{issue.Manager.displayName}} I get the name set in attribute Display Name, what do you get on using API call: https://<base_url>/rest/api/2/user?username=YOUR-USER-NAME
-
Hi @Mohanan_ Praveen _BW-CHN_ What is your aim here. Do you want to create a change request via the API ad you want to see which field are needed? If so, use this API call; https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-requesttype/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-requesttype-get you will get details on all…
-
Hi @Abilash Can you provide some more context, please? I can't make up from this post what your need or concern is.
-
Hi @Nada Ahmed What is set in the comment action in the automation. There needs to be content provided in this step.
-
HI @Mateusz Janus Use {{issue.<name of the field>.displayName}}, add a log action to see if this provides the correct name Example, so if your field is named User, use {{issue.User.displayName}}
-
Hi @Akshitha Kankanala Create a real custom field as Jira admin, don't give it the same name as the current fields. Then add this field to all Team managed spaces, then bulk change all issues so the value of the current field is set to the new field. Then remove all Team managed space related fields and rename the new…
