Hi @최재웅 Stop the app on the node with the error, then stop this node and start the node without the app causing the problem. If there're are no message in the log enable the app and then restart the node, that had the issue.
-
Hi @최재웅 Welcome to the community. Try to: * Disable the app flagged in the logs. * Restart the node without the app. * Re-enable the app * Restart the node with the app

Hi @Ramesh Krishnan Yes, by means of automation, updating a custom number field for each story added to the Epic, or as @Gor Greyan suggested. But my initial question would be why, what would this number deliver? What information would it provide?
-
Hi @Rudolf Arada It doesn't matter if you have a subscription, Yes your admin could make a support ticket at Atlassian. But still they will provide you with the same answer, as on the KB is shared in my initial reply: "Deleting a draft, unpublished changes, or a page version? Unlike deleting a published page, deleting any…

HI @Yoav Romach If there are non documented at this time, there are no sub-endpoints. Also the roadmap shows no topics in the future. You can check and vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-77328
-
Hi @James_Jasmine I know you can add your Goals into your v{Plan, but I don't think there is a grouping option by Goal. This open featue request seems to relate to your question; JRACLOUD-87652 Atlas-goals-in-Jira-Software-Cloud-timeline-and-plans

Hi @Goekhan Sel That would. e a question to ask to Git. Permission on what a user can do via AIU in Atlassian are based on their Atlassian permisisons. Git project/repos are linked to Atlassian projects, but permissions on repo/project permissions are handled there, not by Atlassian or Claude.
-
Hi @Mohamed Abdelhamid I don't get this, on the link, don't login, keep I'm a customer and choose the account option and the option to cancel cloud subscription and provide the URL.
-
Hi @Goekhan Sel To my knowledge the access the agents has depends on the token used, so if the toekn is based on an admin user in Jria, they can see all if this is based on your user or a service account it depends on the permission this account has and what spaces it can interact with. I suspect the same applies in Git?
-
Hi @Edemilson Soares Welcome to the community. You need to raise a support request here
-

Hi @Mohamed Abdelhamid Yes, for the Atlassian account use the link I added. If you are the sole and only billing admin you can't have your account removed by yourself.
-
Hi @Tim Ma I concur with @Trudy P Claspill If this is in relation does the user has the user permission in Jira in adminstration? Just adding a user to a space, will not mean the user is granted a license
-
Hi @Robin Bailey Welcome to the community. @Trudy P Claspill is right today() is not a smart value. To compare dates, see Date-compare on Jira smart values. So in your case, I expect to use: {{issue.customfield_19405.compareTo(now)}}

Hi @Mohamed Abdelhamid Scheduled for deletion means it will be deleted in 14 days, unless you login to Loom again. So there is no need to come back in 14 days. The other option is based you created the site and you are the sole admin, if you want to keep the site, transfer your permission to another user. If this is not…
-
Hi @Scott Hassell The suggestion from @Shalini Pradhan is a fine option. But as others mention, automations trigger on actions, they don't prevent an action to happen. Best is to do this via the workflow, but ootb there is no condition or validator for this, you would need a 3rd party marketplace app. You could look at: *…
-
Hi @Mohamed Abdelhamid See this KB on removing your Atlassian account. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/
-
Hi @Yoav Romach Where did you find sub-endpoints, I can't find any documentation around these? Currently, Atlassian only exposes create/get/delete endpoints for the database container itself, not the row-level data inside it.
-
Hi @Utsav Kothari Would it be possible to share the code used for rovo to built such a widget?
-
Hi @Yoav Romach Welcome to the community. There is only a single scope available for DB's, see https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-database/#api-group-database You need : write:database:confluence
-
Hi @AndyFrith Welcome to the community. Based on how Cloud migration apps work, I would take the risk and use it as Atlassian provides it.
-
Hi @Lujain Aljaafari You need Pans for this, this comes with a Premium or Enterprise subscription. IF you are on a Standard subscription you will need a 3rd party marketplace app for this, like; * Structure * BigPicture * etc..
-
Hi @Rick Welcome to the community. I have notified Atlassian Support on this topic. This can take up to 2 working days.

Hi @Jamie Brennan Welcome to the community. Is the name of your field, meetingdatetime? Then you need to use {{issue.meetingdatetime.setTimeZone("Australia/Sydney")}} or {{issue.meetingdatetime.convertToTimeZone("Australia/Sydney")}}…

Hi @Glenn_Riley1 Whenever you ask for help with an Automation Rule it will help us to help you if you provide: 1. what type of project is this (e.g., company-managed, team-managed, etc.), 2. images that show your complete rule. 3. images showing the details of any relevant actions/conditions/branches. 4. images showing the…

Hi @Kiran Pampati To get metadata options on what is possible with a field you the api to call an issue which uses custom fields (filled or not), they just need to be on the screen used by the issue. example: https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/IT-19/editmeta
-
Hi @Shawn Jamison Welcome to the community. Most likley this is related to the workspaceID or the token, make sure no trailing spaces are copied.
-
Hi @Kartik Verma But it's not basic Rovo Sudio, but Seems like Rovo Dev, so extra subscription with Atlassian. This as the options "build" menu is not visible in mine. So when I select automation in Rovo Studio, I get reverted to Automation in Jira.
-
Hi @Nathan Weelen They can't be synched, as the domain the users being to is not yours and not managed in your guard. This is also not possible, as your customer might be using this in their Atlassian. Atlassian is right here.

Hi @minerva_pujol Grant yourself the Service Desk Customer role on the space and you can see the portal and create a ticket. On topic on the asset schema where the objects are in, in the schema settings within roles, under Object schema users, in the groups secton is the group "jira-servicedesk-users" and…
